Very poor service
Booked the 16th Dec and paid for. Still not in transit after estimated delivery of three days. Going to miss Xmas. Very disappointed. 1300 number said will be collected by the 21st!! Still not collected.
I note this is a standard comment to all other complaints and never gets addressed and the ‘have a nice day’ with respect is insulting obviously to make sure no further action on product review. Maybe...
Read more not use that in standard comment the future as it leads to further anxiety. Why don’t you chat to your management and maybe improve. Always here if you need a hand in customer service.Still no collection from Freindly Grocer, Capalaba for 6 days!!!!

Unprofessional service, do not choose Fastway if your item is valuable!
Terrible service, their driver delivered my parcel to wrong place by mistake and just ignored it. The parcel just stays in their depot and the tracking status always shows not been redelivered. I have no idea why they can't redeliver it, called their depot but never solve the issue. No professional!

They even don't pick up a parcel. DO NOT USE THEM
I booked a parcel 10 days ago and they hasn't picked it up. I contacted EVERYDAY but no luck. TERRIBLE service. They take money and our parcel is not collected.

Did not collect parcel
Absolutely the worst courier company I have ever used. Booked a pick up online on Sunday night and have rang them twice. It is now 6pm Tuesday and still no pick up even though I was told an urgent courier will be sent. My advice is to avoid this company and use someone else.

Bad Damage Claim Process
If you want to claim compensation for parcel damage from Fastway, good luck! They don't make it easy at all. They only allow 14 days. You have to go through customer service department which believe or not, don't handle claim. Then you need to contact their claim department which simply send you an email. In my case, I suspect their email went to my junk box which I didn't know. I emailed them again and again and again after that but heard nothing. They simply waited until the 14 days passed and all of a sudden their email came through to my inbox, which is a joke!

Fastway Staff Steal Our Large Parcel Worth $795.80, and they use 30 day rules refuse investigate.
We are Ebay Seller Company using Fastway Courier in Melbourne. We sent 2 large parcels to 1 of our customer in Illabarook Vic 3351 on July2020. About 20kg cubic weight of each parcel. The tracking history of both parcel stopped at "To complete the last leg of the journey, your parcel is now with one of our freight partners. Tracking may be temporarily unavailable. " Then we waited for 2 months since Fastway told us they are very busy during that period, ask us wait. Since virus issue, we understood and also asked our customer have more patient ...

But without our thought, when we asked their customer service again after another month, the person in customer service told us since this issue overed 30 days, they will not investigate this issue and no more talk about the parcels. I think we were cheated and fooled because we are too nice to them. The size of 2 parcels are large and worth $795.80, customer is chasing it, we have no idea. "Someone" stealed it use the rules(no more action if pass 30 days), It is crime we will not let go. Parcel 1 size: 125x32x16cm/24kg Parcel 2 size: 54x50x30cm/20kg I don't believe anyone will miss these 2 large parcel in warehouse, it must be stealed by Fastway Courier. I've booked twice to be picked up from Bondi Junction and both were not picked up. Called customer service and was told will pick up on the day I called.....no show. Delete the service, partial refund, email to enquire, no response......Fastway/Aramex, are you serious?

Absolutely useless. I can’t understand how a business can run this way
Terrible company. The first pick up was missed so I had to arrange another pick up and they didn’t even bother to show up. No communication. I used them instead of my usual courier because they quoted to deliver it a couple of days earlier, that sure backfired as it wasn’t even pick up after 5 days and I had to keep calling to find out. As a business owner i cannot understand how a business can operate this way. When their incompetence leads to my customers unhappy that they haven’t received their package it’s pretty terrible. Ended up using Couriers Please as usual with no problems

Fastway Dundas Valley Area crap and unreliable service!
I booked (through Transdirect) for fastway to show up on Tuesday to pick up my package. The courier never showed up! I re-booked for Wednesday and it was a no show again! I re-booked for Friday and the courier never showed up and it was 3:30pm so I decided to cancel this booking and send it via Australia Post!

The most incapable and unreliable company in Australia
Fastway/Aramax have lost another parcel I have sent with them and the very delayed response is one of no consideration or care. They hold no responsibility and the response is more that this is a common problem for them and therefore the customer should not expect their parcel to arrive. Just useless at what they do.

I would give a ZERO rating if I could
Fastway was already the worst company in the world and after the merge with Aramex, it's beyond worst!!
I am amazed by how this company still exists after so many complaints with low-quality staff.
Their customer service is non-existent and the drivers are not responsible and with bad manners.

What a worst service from Fastaway driver
Booked a fastway shipping label via Smartsend on 19/11/2020, but nobody come to pick the item up so far (23/11/2020). The driver passed my door and stopped to pick up item at about 30 m away unit. I told him I had an item needed to pickup. And he said he would come back to pick it. But he run away! Never come back! What a ridiculous service!!!!!!!!

Good Co, prompt Delivery
I ordered Fastway Road delivery co through Interparcel Co as it was cheaper and i have a Doubt that delivery of my item will be done promptly.
Surprisingly Fastway Courier pick on time and status of delivery was updated all the time. Delivery was done quickly. So i am Happy and will use Fastway road Co again

delivery driver Eranga is a total psycho maniac, this company is an absolute joke
Driver called Eranga (ipswich pickup) never turns up on time, knocks and runs before you can get to the door, very aggressive if questioned . Got all up in my face and wanted to have a fight because I asked him if he could please wait 30 seconds for us to make it to the door before he takes off . Absolute nut head

Using Fastway will turn you up during the midnight
I as a seller, can safely say that I am deeply deeply regret ever using this Fastway joke. Full of lies from their sales who promised me right in my face that they are faster than Auspot and hide the GST charges to set me up. What a joke. It is 3:19AM now and I just had another item not received case from eBay side along with a mad customer.
If you are a customer valued person, NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY IN YOUR LIFE.

I send more parcel with Fastway now than before, I find it is very easy to communicate with them, they help to solve problem with delivery straight away. Their rates are also cheaper now.

Didn't even come to pick up
I place my order and they didn't even bother to pickup the parcel . I been waiting like for last 6 hours but still no show up. not recommended at all.

I lost my client because of their service.
It was very hard to track the parcel or get to talk to a human. My order wasn't delivered without an explanation. Maybe the receiver was not there but they didn't leave any call out card. So me and my client couldn't do anything but wait. At the end the order was cancelled because we couldn't contact fastway. I will never use them again and will not recommend to anyone.

Never use Aramex (fastway)
my Item was not collected for 3 days and no delivery schedule for 3 days after pick it up. even though this is Sydney CBD. they are long time delivery.

Useless they were supposed to pick my parcel up on monday didn’t turn up finally late tuesday they turn up to pick it up they took it all the way to the dandenong depo when they could have delivered it on their way to keysborough where is was supposed to be delivered then instead of delivering it the next day they said I had to wait another 24 hours for it to be delivered and today still hasn’t been delivered yet never ever ever again will I use this courier service stay right away from this lot you will be sorry if I wanted service this poor I would have just sent it through aus post

Unbelievably rubbish!!! Don't bother!
I usually just use Australia Post to send my parcels, but this time I booked Fastway because I wanted a package delivered quickly because I wanted to get a gift down to my 2-year old nephew before his second round of chemo. I then get an email saying that someone will get back to me WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. What?! No. Waited all day Wednesday and still nobody came to pick up my parcel.
