First Express Couriers

The driver left a card and took my package back to brisbane without contacting me. It was obviously too smart to ring my mobile number and find out when I'd be home. Tried to use website to arrange another delivery but did not recognise my consignment number. Rang them next day and driver had taken package back to depot and then turned around with his deliveries for my area without my package. As this was a Friday I had to wait until Monday's delivery nothing but moronic thinking will not ever use them again

When I called the office this afternoon to track a delivery, I spoke to Fiona.
She was very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty.
Such exceptional service should not go unnoticed, so I would like to congratulate First Express for employing exceptional staff and making our lives much easier.

No return call as promised, cant find where to track my package, wasn't delivered and if there was an attempt now card. ffs

No good, no communication whatsoever, leave several messages with no reply, AVOID, so many other courier companies, surely they are not as bad as first express

We pay for same day deliver from our supplies this company has never deliver on time always 2 days for Brisbane drop why???

I have had nothing but good service from this company. We ship 500 units a week and the odd item goes astray but a hell of lot better than our old courier company.

First Express Sunshine Coast has bent over backwards to chase a missing item that turned out to be back ordered from our supplier and was not even dispatched, Great Communication, Great Follow up. Thanks First Express.

Signet who advertise same day despatch got my order six days a go and advise it was despatched the next day from brisbane for delivery to the gold coast. Five days later
We are still waiting for first " express " couriers to deliver it. If signet do not use
Another more reliable courier service we will not be purchasing from them again !!
This is our second very slow delivery with this company and it is holding up our
Despatching of our orders. Not worth the drama for the modest saving on the Purchases.

I am still waiting for my package delivery.... Package has not been redelivered. Have spoken to customer service on two separate days to arrange redelivery and was advised I will be contacted about my parcel the following day as I have called at 5pm, on both occasions. It has been over a week now and still no delivery nor response from this courier company despite emails and phone calls. I have also used the online service to redeliver my package (three times now). Still no response. Up until this date, still no delivery... Where is the EXPRESS in First Express Couriers? UNRELIABLE SERVICE. This company has lost my trust.

NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR. Goods despatched from a Gold Coast company. Attempted delivery on Friday 7 May at 9.30. Rang on the same day to arrange alternate delivery. (BRISBANE AREA) Now the 16th May, and 5 contacts (calls/emails) later and parcel still with the Samford Courier. Is this theft? PARCELS ARRIVE QUICKER FROM INTERSTATE GUYS!!

I have never sent items with this company only received them and have had no issues with the company.
The drivers have always been happy to greet you and deliver your parcel.
To date I have never had a parcel go missing or damaged while in transit. It's worth trying this company for value for money.

Yes my parcel was delayed, although after speaking to [name removed] in customer service realised it wasn't actual sent when my supplier told me. Naughty naughty. Very good service and i will be telling my clients to use FEC as they are also called in the future. The driver was very pleasent.

I recommend you do not use them. They have treated me like dirt with my one experience. The owner manager & driver I have dealt with have show no integrity no honesty & no dignity whatsoever. You need to find another provider other than this one. I would never use them at all!

I worked for First Express many years ago and sort of regret leaving. It was a great team and I managed to learn 3 runs over 4 years which gave me the confidence to take another job in a warehouse/distribution centre for a big retail company, First now deliver to me. My days don't go anywhere near as quick as they did while driving. I have now encountered the services of many transport companies, most don't deliver, First Express actually do what they say on the side of their trucks "Twice a day, everyday, without Excuses". If they do mess up, they at least fix problems very quickly, well the drivers do.
Family owned and operated. They say what they do. Twice a Day.
