Hi,,
My fisher and paykel quicksmartdoor won't open.
It was making a really strange noise and then just stopped. Have turned off at power and also tried to do spin cycle but it just makes a very steange noise.

To the F & P technicians,

I have a Quicksmart WH7560J3.
I generally use the Everyday cycle (1:04 minutes) for all clothes including cottons, but am intrigued by the Cottons cycle (2:22 minutes).
Both cycles are described as being for “Normally soiled everyday items” so see no obvious reason to use the Cottons cycle especially as it takes twice as long.
How does the Cottons cycle differ? Is it slower because it is more gentle?
Why might I choose it even if it does take longer?

I have purchased a Fisher & Paykel front load washer which vibrates violently on spin cycle, after Good Guys and Fisher & Paykel service for this issue, not really interested in my problem, another little rort of Fisher & Paykel is charge you a call out fee for an issue with there product, if anyone can help with this problem I would appreciate that help. I would like to know the water consumption of each setting of this machine. I cannot seem to find this information in the online manuals.

The drum clean light comes on every time the washing machine is switched on. The machine became unbalanced a week ago, it vibrated so badly it ended up in the middle of the laundry floor and the drum clean light has been coming on since then. Is there a way to reset the machine.

My machine is leaking from front door during spin cycle only when doing a big load.

My door would latch but the display throws an error "Open Door". I changed the door lock with a new one ordered from F& P spare parts but still cannot start the machine. Any help??

Our machine sounds like it is an aeroplane about to take off during the spin. It is so loud that we have to close the laundry and passage door to be able to talk in the lounge. Please could you tell me what we need to replace? Thank you.

Over the last couple of days, after a cycle has finished the machine appears to be continuously filling with water. This evening it burst the door open and a load full of water came rushing out. I could hear water running into the machine until I turned the tap off at the wall. Any idea why this would be happening?

My washing machine keeps filling up with water, and it doesn't matter what cycle it is on. Then it comes up with error No Tap ? I've checked my taps and water all good in that area. And it also fails to drain properly on spin cycle. Confused and thinking its maybe a sensor problem?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated plz and thank you

My washing machine gets through part of its washing cycle however then comes up with NO TAP and proceeds not to continue to wash I have tried Turing off the machine emptied it and put it on rinse cycle and it continues to do the same thing. I've cleaned the filter etc also. What else could be causing this also it seems to be swaying towards the spin cycle when this happens

Hi there, my F&P frontloader is showing out of balance, I've re-distributed the load and it goes out of balance again, finishing a load takes forever. What could be the problem?

I have been getting this E.701 or E.702 error on WH8560J1 either during end of rinse and start of spin cycle constantly. I have cleaned the drain at the bottom right by pulling out both hose and the plug. When I see this error, I press start/stop/start, take half a load of wash out as its soaked in water and heavy, leave rest in the machine and do quick 12 min spin and it works. I quickly find out if this 12min cycle wont work when the 12min drops to 11 and it just get stuck and wont spin 1100rpm or 800rpm or 500rpm(what ever spin I selected). If it drops to 10min and still spinning then I know I wont get E.701 error otherwise I get this error after about 5min stuck at 11min remaining screen. Please help as I booked technician and it will cost me $120 and if he says motor control needs replacing then I am better off buying new machine.
