We have just moved our machine it fills but rhen doesnt wash, you just hear a buzzing sound no error code is coming up, if I turn it to the rinse cycle it will then drain and spin but will not wash after filling on any cycle. Any ideas?

Pull the emergency outlet located at the bottom right corner of the washing machine. You can then either pull the trigger which will force unlock but water may pour out, or you could twist and release water from the emergency outlet (turn black cap anti clockwise), make sure you place a bucket underneath to catch the water.
Actually wash seems to complete and after wash finished door is locked, I have to open door with your instruction. But dobt want to do it every wash. Thanks

The drum clean light has illuminated - I have done 3 drum cleans but it remains illuminated every time I turn the machine on and now I can't select the Cotton setting.

I got this washing machine and have a problem these days.
It will alsways automaticly enter to the key lock mode and made the beep sound.
Even when the washing machine is working, the key lock mode will automaticly run and made the beep sound very often.
And we i poen the power, the key lock mode will automaticly run and i need to press the key lock 2 secs to unlock the control panel
Is it sth wrong with the system?

Bearings! I rang local repair shop and to repair will cost 2/3 of a new machine of similar price. They said when they hear this its a junker. (ie not worth fixing)
I've washed 4 loads brought 5 days ago soooo loud and vibrations are insane

We bought Quicksmart WH 7560/J1 in Dec 2014 for my son, studying and living interstate. We initially found it quite impressive, quiet and effective. However, we found some of his clothing got holes that I thought as normal wear and tear. After we moved and lived with him for a year now, my wife was surprised and terrible annoyed to find out many of her beloved clothing started getting holes and linen torn apart. We had already switched to use delicate and 700 spin, but still having the problems. I looked inside the drum to see any loosen parts or sharp edges. The only possible cause I could see was the embossed pattern around the edge of the stainless still drum or internal design of the drum causing frictions with clothing during spin cycles. Anyone had this experience and suggestions, otherwise we have to dump this machine and get another one? Thanks/Ben

Never had troubles like this. Just spin noise getting louder. Ours is 5 years old. Spoke to repair person said cost would be 2/3 of a new or equivalent unit. He suggested go for a Bosch as the front loader F & P are made in Asia and use cheap parts. I agree we loved our F & P machine up until the noise but we also had rust occurring after 3 years! (That is just not on!)
I found the small problem, our machine had become very loud, and the wash was wrecking our clothes. Upon further inspection we found that the whole metal inside the drum had been torn apart and there where holes in the drum itself, F & P would not accept liability and agreed to order repairs at our cost

Please help my front loader keeps flashing drum clean in red
So I cleaned out everything hose filter where U put washing then in where U put detergent still flashing won't let me do a drum load or anything turned on power off on then to do cycle it just won't move or go to anything else ???

There is something stuck in the filter.
You need to go to the bottom of the machine where you'll find a little door. Bit hard to open. It has a small tube that pulls out. You need to drain the water and clean out the obstruction. Bit fiddly but should work.

Then I pulled out hose only little water drained out it is still not responding to anything digital light stuck on drum clean ?
drum clean is a specific cycle to remove the gunk on the inside of the outer tub.
your user manual should explain how to do a drum clean.
select drum clean, no clothes, add a certain amount of powder etc and let it do its thing.
once its done, go back to normal washing

Am having the same ‘Keylock’ issue many others have reported here but when I hold the
Keylock Button In it doesn’t release. I’m assuming my 1 yr old was playing with the control panel during the last wash cycle or after and has somehow Keylocked it but I cannot remove it.
I have called tech support and tried all of their suggestions including unplugging the power cord and letting it sit for a period of time and plug back in but.
Has anyone help me please? Again I have tried holding the Keylock button in about 100 times
But there is no response when pressing it and the light indicator is on.

did you press and hold for 5 - 10 seconds till the light goes off?
if this doesn't work then the selector pcb or control pcb is faulty

Bunnings.... has lengths of drain hose.Make sure it is ribbed so it doesn't pinch.
