All this nonsense about us being liable for seat fees and so on.. ended up losing 300 from a refund

The worst travel experience I have encountered
Our flight was canceled by the airline on the day of travel. The airline credited us for the outgoing flight but told us to contact the online agent regarding the return flight. Obviously because we did not go we would not be able to use the return flight. A Flight Network contact told us a refund would be arranged. Nothing happened and they were contacted again, this time an entirely different story, no refund or credit in spite of paying an extra $400 for cancellation and flexible fares. Representatives on the phone totally indifferent and couldn’t care less. Worse experience ever

Absolutely crap
Paid business class was put in economy. Talking to Indian Operators who speak F all English so don't understand proper clear concise instructions

Please do not book with this company
I booked my flights and when it went to checkout the system glitched booking me on a completely different flight for BOTH flights. I thought I must have made a mistake, but went back and their site did the exact same thing. So I contacted them to let them know they had an issue and to please fix my original flights.
Not only did I not get an apology, I also got told I had to pay to ‘change’ my flight, for their mistake. I never heard back when they said they were looking into it.

Terrible customer service!
Paid for a flexible fare but they we unable to change flight dates even though it was 6 months in advance of the flight dates. On their website there were 10 - 15 available flights, but the customer assistant was unable to see any seats available for the entire day. Flexible tickets are not very flexible!!! We cancelled the booking at a cost of $200 and they were unable to give an estimate for when the money would be refunded.

Amendment of name
Contacted customer service when find out there was an error. The first name came up as Amsterdam instead of Amber and no second name. I told them it's impossible having Amsterdam as my first name, must be a glitch in the system. Found out that all 3 flights I booked weren't exactly the same. One had a wrong email address, one a wrong phone number and for the 3rd flight, I became Master Amsterdam. All they said it was my mistake and the airlines don't allow a name change. Read moreo I can upload my passport to enable them to amend my first name. Still waiting for the email as never received it. Couldn't get through and decided to cancel all flights as I didn't want to take the risk of not going to my brother's wedding and Flight Network refused to do the name amendment. Also contacted Skyscanner who was more helpful, but told me they have to rely on what FlightNetwork tells them. In the meantime, I had put a query on the payment and FlightNetwork will not do anything unless we withdraw that. Skyscanner says FlightNetwork has responded and that's what it is, although they tried to help and were responsive. With FlightNetwork we had a couple of times that they hang up. I have contacted the airlines and they still haven't received the cancellation from FlightNetwork. In short, they only take your money and are not prepared to do anything for it, even if you offer to pay any fees. They pretend to be a travel agent, but they are scams. Horrific Business, Once and Done
Terrible business, booking flight with not sufficent layover and then cancelled it twice then I have to book another more expensive flight to be able to get home! and now after a month I am still running to get my refund. costumer service line after 1 hr waiting is horrific and sayin that we'll call you in the next 24hrs every time i call them!!!!!! PLEASE for GOD Sake stay away from dealing with Flight Network.
bad customer service very unprofessional
Very disappointed bad customer service ever time i call them they are just lying i have mistakenly missed 1 letter of my name paid them almost $100 to fix but every single time i call them they ask me to wait an other 24 or 48 its been 20 days now i contact the airline directly and find out that no request has been done from agent for name correction. now my travel date is coming closer no idea what do plz plz never ever booked your flight with these people (Flightnetwork)

Helpless to the point that I was in trouble to fly
I booked my flights with this company thanks to the good reviews found on Skyscanner. However my experience wasn't good at all.
The airline cancelled one of my flights 6 months before my trip, ever since I tried to get that fixed with Flight Network, which I called more than 20 times, looking for solutions so I didn't get stuck in Europe on my way home.
In those calls they offered me different alternatives and once I agreed with each alternative offered, nothing happened: No emails, no calls with confirmation, which forced me to call them back ...

Terrible experience with this company
My flight was canceled by the airline, they have been avoiding and not supporting to provide refunds on request and also have terrible customer service support over the phone.
As a result, now I am unable to get my refund and lost my flight. A credit voucher was not an option when the airline canceled due to their issues.
Terrible Service
I booked a flight from Calgary to Palm Springs through Flight network. When I arrived at the airport I was advised that flight had been rescheduled for the previous day. I was not advised of this change by Flight Network. I had rebook a flight on the next day at five times the cost. I rang flight network and had wait Four hours to get connected and I was told that I had been informed but it’s a lie. Terrible service.
Absolutely hopeless and frustrating
Booked on flight network site, got error message twice online and closed and reopened window to attempt flight booking again. 3rd attempted managed to book flight for 1 passenger, then found my bank had been charged for all 3 transactions. Called their support line, they would cancel bookings, each with. $54 cancellation/ admin fee. It was a system error not my error and not happy with service or resolution.not sure why they would think the same named person travelling on the same flight/day needs 3 seats.!

Due to an issue with her visa my Aunty was unable to board her Qantas flight. on the the phone to "customer service" for 2 days trying to rebook - they transfer you from person to person and they all tell you the same thing "can you please hold for 2-3 minutes as I have to transfer you to the correct department?" This process goes on for 15 minutes or so until they hang up on you. I call back and the process repeats. No escalation process - they just have no idea.
Tragic if you need to rebook
Original flight booked no problem, but everything was extra cost. When I needed to change the dates it was hopeless trying to get accurate information about the rebooking process. My luggage allowance disappeared and I still don't know what happened to the travel insurance. Do yourself a favour and try someone else

Difficult to work with and charged a handling fee for a refund from the airline
Booked a return flight to Melbourne through Jetstar. Jetstar cancelled all return flights after 3pm on the Sunday so had to rebook through alternative carrier for my return as needed to be back by Monday.
Jetstar credited the payment to Flight Network who sat on the payment until I contacted them.
They had the cheek to charge me $23 to give me my $108 refund that they were holding from Jetstar.
Bad choice to fly with these 3rd party sellers.
Worse customer service
Customer service doesn't care about fixing their problems and they just hang out.

Found through sky scanner, overall good experience!
Called up to ask a question and was quick enough to get through, just had to make sure calling between normal business’s hours, hold was pretty long after hours.
poor poor horrible service. not use rubbish services
check the website, there was not enough information for self-transfer or transit for the flight. the website clearly says for the call. when I call they say you did not buy the ticket we won't help you. and they hang up the phone on me. they don't even follow the instructions in their own website

Dodgy tactics
They advertise the flights at one price, then after you fill put all of your details and credit card info, and push confirm, the price magically goes up the same price as the competitors. Also they ask you to pay extra to have a more responsive customer service, how ridiculous is that? Should be a major red flag.

Painful customer service with >60min wait times on the phone
Customer service is very difficult to reach and quite unhelpful. If you have no issues with your flights you will be fine but if anything goes wrong, you will be in a world of pain and frustration trying to get FlightNetwork to help you.
I strongly recommend avoiding booking with them; Dealing with them is not worth the $20-40 savings.

I booked a two leg journey with a layover that was too short. I realised this in advance and called to amend my booking. I was transferred to 3 different staff members - all of whom were very confused about what the problem was.
Eventually, one of them was able to comprehend the issue. They said it would cost $1400 to change the flights so that I had a long enough layover period. (It would be cheaper to just not show up and book them again myself). They wouldn’t entertain the idea of changing only one flight so it was cheaper for me. Then wouldn’t offer any refund on cancellation.
If you don’t buy their premium package, they treat you like rubbish and show absolutely no duty of care to the customer. I’ll NEVER use them again
Never, never deal with this company
Due to Covid I have a credit that I have endeavoured to use. It can only be used from Melbourne to the Sunshine coast, where I live. When I tried to book, there were no dates, over a week, I could fly that fit in with my plans. It is impossible to speak with anyone, when you do, they put you on hold for hours, they hang up on you, each employee tells you something very different to the previous person. Basically, staff have no idea because there are no standard procedures. I have never been so frustrated in my life, dealing with a company, trying to claw my $199 back. My biggest mistake was going through this agent to save a couple of dollars, and getting stung.

Do NOT use these guys EVER! 0 rating for everything!!!
Booked a return flight from USA to Aus and back from NZ to USA for my daughter and flew United Airlines they were great.
Problem was when we wanted to change some flights it was so hard. Took ages to organise between the two but finally changed it.
Unfortunately we had to postpone the return to a week later and then we had more problems.

Booked flights from AUS to UK, 4 weeks before got a text message saying 1 of the flights had been cancelled, tried emailing the airline and for 2 week no response, then after over an hour on the phone being passed between 4 different people I got told there was no flights (I was looking at their website and they were still advertising flight to and from my destination) when I was what I was going to do as they now terminated my journey in Copenhagen he actually said "what do you want me to do about it" I am still $6,000 out of pocket as I haven't received my refund and have had to pay for alternative flights
