Your not under contract so you can leave anytime. But I believe if your billed monthly and leave half way through you won't get a refund for the balance of the month.

Also beware that the modem you have may be locked to Belong. Thus rendering it useless to use with another ISP . Best ring belong first to find out if the modem is locked to them.

There is no contract in this service, you can upgrade or downgrade or cancel anytime. But make sure to cancel it in the end of the month because their billing start in the beggining of the month. If you cancel in the beggining or in the middle of the month, you wont be refunded. If you are BYO device, double check its not locked to the previous service. I had Internode and its unlocked (i called internode to double check).

I forgot it's a no lock in contract, might be worth giving it a go. Belong almost convinced me I needed their Standard Plus Plan (Nbn 50) for two people in a household, but I ended up giving the Nbn 25 a go with the proviso I could go up a plan if needed, and I was pleasantly surprised. Never had any issues at all. But being in a position to need to budget a lot tighter, I guess it couldn't hurt to try this Nbn 12. Reviews seem to be mixed and it's impossible to figure out what it'll be like without trying it first :(

I guess it will depend on your location. Some locations probably delivers stable service and other area probably not so great. I have been shopping around to a budget friendly one and found this one. I'm not sure on their customer service though because we haven't experience any problems yet.. so far for 3 people (me running netflix, hubby running a meeting and daughter running youtube at the same time) we have no problems :)

Do not sign up to flip Tv, they are really bad.

Do not use them. Not worth the hassle.

I agree every week they drop out..might get a lawyer involved
