Way better than I expected for the price
Changed to Flip for the substantially lower cost. I had expectations of limited support but what a surprise! When setting up my modem I missed one important step, rang support and was answered immediately then told a technician would ring me back. Imagine my surprise when 12 minutes later I received a call from a technician who had me on the air in about 3 minutes. Speedtest tells me I'm getting the same relative speed as I was getting with Exetel so Flip is a no brainer so far. Fantastic service from a budget NBN retailer.

So happy with Flip NBN, they were so quick with installation & the speed has been everything we need. We've have no connection issues at all. It has been perfect for our family & excellent family value!! Fantastic Customer Service

5 days no connection
Flip says I was connected on 21 Apr. Still no connection. Flip says they have contacted NBN. Still no response.
Not helpful was a particularly abrasive customer service representative who, on top of failing to diagnose my problem, blamed my router configuration for the issue a later phone call revealed to be on NBN's end.

Great service and great product
I always get through to speak to a Customer Service Support person and they are always very friendly and helpful. My wifi internet works great and is a great price. Very happy.

Bill increased with no notification
I’ve been with these guys for a few months, now all of a sudden my bill has increased. I receive no notification about this. Will be cancelling tomorrow. Also it is quite possible to speak to a customer service agent of theirs.

Rubbish
Rope you in and in the end you get a bad connection and then they increase their price after a couple of months.
Signed up on family 50 for $59.90 a month ongoing. Their was nothing to state they would raise the price and it would stay the same? This was not the case. Also, speeds where OK for a couple of weeks then they slowed, happened to many people. They still have not fixed? Looks like they sign you up on a good plan with good speeds and once they have you, slow the speeds down and charge you more.
Stay away from these scammers.

gned up, it's bait advertising when you do these things to customers, I have Managed many retailers and know exactly what I'm talking about. I have lodged a report to the ACCC and QCAT for deceiving consumers and using bait advertising to lure customers and then slow speeds and increase prices after signing up.Similar opinion? Great service!
I have been with FLIP NBN for a year now and find the connection to be solid and consistent. I always get the speeds advertised on the website and I have never experienced any disconnections.
Not always easy to get through to someone in support however I have always had my questions answered and any minor issues resolved in time that is satisfactory for the price of the product.
I have signed up multiple friends and family to this server and would recommend this product to anyone.

Poor service
Almost 24h without nbn and no support on a Sunday now on hold with no indication of wait time or call back option. Very poor service from this provider in times of crisis

Can't fix NBN network problem for a week
The Flip staff said NBN cut off my internet service without my consent, citing attempts to change network provider which I have never done as an end user. After a week, Flip still can't get NBN to connect my services.
This is definitely a crazy excuse made up by Flip as we will know NBN does not take direct phone calls, instructions and emails from individual customers other than providers like Flip itself. Flip is literally a fictional movie made by the worst deceptive Hollywood producer who can't even tell a lie.

Scammers beware
I requested my NBN to be canceled by end of last billing period and for some reason I'm still getting money deducted from my bank.
Avoid this unless company.
I will be contacting my bank and ombudsman for this matter since you guys have decided not to listen to my request.

A solid service and helpful staff
We've had the FLIP NBN 12 (Value) for about two years now, and it's been an enjoyable experience. Sure, there are occasional interruptions of service, but that's no different from my two previous companies. For the most part, this service provides quality at a nice price. And when I had difficulty connecting at my new house, they spent more than two hours working out the problem with me - an exceptional level of service, in my experience. Recommended.

The worst Business ever!
Signed up with the family 50nbn plan for $59.90 a month, internet was good for the first couple of weeks and slowed alot. I have contacted them many times and they refuse to fix it?? Now that want to charge me more???? They have a real dodgy billing system and payment option and always attempt to take payments when they are not due.
Don't waste your time with this dishonest Business and go with a more reputable company.
I am so disgusted and dissatisfied by the way I have been treated, I will be looking for another provider. They are not worth the headache. Read all the other bad reviews and see for yourself. Appalling service, down right rip off's.

Be rest assured, I am looking for another provider I can trust, supply me with a service that I am paying for and don't slow my service after a couple of weeks and delete/remove invoices to hide the charges. Calling the ACCC right now
I have posted two reviews already with what is going on. What a joke. They are threatening to chase me for an account after my move out date/cancelled account date??? I have paid all that I owe and you will not get a cent out of me. I am going to call the ACCC Right now. Worst customer service I have ever had. I don’t get angry ever. But I am beyond angry right now. Do not get internet with these guys anyone!!

Do not go with FlipTv
Really really really really bad internet provider. Please do not sign up to FlipTv they are the worst. We pay $60/month for terrible speeds and internet that drops out repeatedly everyday. They do not care about these issues, after lots of emails they basically ignore you and tell you the problem is resolved.

Delivered on promises
I join Flip because of competitive price and after 15 years with my previous provider I was a little apprehensive a few minor hiccups which were addressed by their employees and overall a pleasing result give them a go!!!!

For months they did not provide service and when I cancelled they tried to debit my card and then debt collectors.
I have hours worth of correspondence and phone calls with them. They keep saying they will get back to me to confirm the debt is cancelled and now debt collectors!

Bait & Switch scam, misleading & deceptive practices, no contact, removed negative comments
Flip signed up new customers from the end of 2022 until march 2020 with a $39.90 deal for the low end 12 plan. This was a good option and many other customer would have signed up given it was lower than most of the competition.
On Friday afternoon, after midday, 20 March 2020 an email was sent saying the price was going up as of 1 April 2020. This gives a total of 7 business days notice.
The website 'account' seems to now be unable to access, i've tried 3 devices, google chrome, firefox browsers. The Logon button does nothing when pressed.

The online chat is not responsive, emails are not returned and it seems that the only response is here, when people post negative reviews. I made a post on facebook and Flip deleted my comment and blocked me from ever being able to comment on their facebook page. They have also removed all review options on facebook. Before you answer Flip, I want to cancel my service. Now your terms say you will cancel it at the end of the month, but i've pre-paid an extra 2 months, so I want my service to end in two months and not this week, which would give you another dishonest practice of failure to deliver a service I have paid for..8 comments

Yeh! Wasif got it finally working
I had a blackout on Mon and Modem disconnected, so no computer or VOIP

Why do you sign people up on lower rates and then increase your rates later on without notice? Why do you attempt to take payment from customers accounts ever when their bill isn't due? Why do you remove a customer's invoice when you are supposed to keep them there for the customer, and this is by law? Why do you lower the internet speeds after a couple of weeks of joining? Why do you continue to lie to all your customers?

bait and switch breaches ACCC laws.
Just report to ACCC as more will do this soon then they can explain to ACCC why they are using bait and switch tactics.
I have reported them to the ACCC and Department of fair trading. I have also reported them to the Ombudsman. I don't understand why they think this is an acceptable way to conduct Business and treat customers like this.
