Modem came quickly, easy set up as first time we have had internet on at a house. Speed is keeping up with what we need. Our boy’s love it and use it all day at moment. Have had no issues to date

Set up was pretty simple & now we're flying! I had a BYO device & I needed some help with the settings. The line were great talking me through the setup process. Extra points for actually calling me back when my phone dropped out during the call!

What a complete waste of time

These guys invoice like The old days. You need to be an Astronaut to work it our. Late payment fees and bounced payment fees added on. Oh is that with GST on top. Have yet to receive an invoice for what I signed up for. When you ring up they give you a false wait time. Move on people. You get what you pay for.

We had been using mobile hotspots for our home internet up until Covid-19, when I began to work from home and the kids started schooling and doing ballet lessons on Zoom, etc. So, we needed more capacity. I searched for a good deal and came across Tangerine. Their reviews were good, and so I signed up. The modem arrived the next week and plugged in an began to work within the hour. I called technical support because it wasn't working immediately, and they were very helpful. However, in the end it just resolved itself, was a matter of time. Now works seamlessly. The whole experience was stress-free and speed has been no issue since it's started working. Would recommend no issue. Thanks!

Service operates beautifully - haven't had a problem. Moved to this company after being absolutely fed up with the wait times on the phone to have a connection problem fixed with Optus. Did have to call company to enquire to when the activation occurs after setup, spent under 15minutes on hold. Pretty good considering 8 hours with Optus.

I have been using Tangerine since Tuesday and may I say so far it is very reliable. I was slightly hesitant on the first day of using it because at 5pm it started to become a bit slow.. but for maybe 30 seconds and then it was back to its normal speed and I have not had a problem since. I am now working from home and it has been great! At this stage I would definitely recommend Tangerine.

I've had connection issues on two Tangerine accounts I've set up, mostly due to external NBN factors. Both times Tangerine's service was excellent, including a technician staying on the phone for over an hour to help me troubleshoot.

Once up and running, the connection has been strong and consistent.

Service is all good so far! My only problem was that I had to reconfigure my modem but they were very helpful and talked me through the whole process and we were all done in under 5 minuets!

Really impressed with how fast it was set up!

We had to get internet in order to work from home (was using hotspot prior) took less than a week to have internet (including 2 easter public holidays) the modem was delivered, no hassle to set everything up.. simply plugged in the modem. No dropouts, would definitely recommend.

Budget NBN with excellent service!

Simply I wanted a budget NBN plan without worrying about locked contracts, set up fees, termination fees and in the same time enjoy the reliability and good customer service. Only Tangerine checked all these items out. The 25Mbps plan is perfect in both pricing and speed. I can stream 4k movies and videos, and perfect HD video calls. Not a single problem till now and a very reliable connection. Happy for my decision to transfer the service to Tangerine!

Just installed Standard Speed Plan with your Upgraded NBN Modem at Coffs Harbour.
It works a treat!
The Modem was supplied promptly and was easy to install.
The NBN connection was ready on time and the speed is great.
Been using mainly through TV for movies for two weeks and it has performed faultlesy.
Recommend this product very highly.

Tangerine were quick to get our nbn setup and to send the new modem out there instructions for setup were quick and easy as properly the most important thing the speeds are excellent exactly what quoted to us very happy with tangerine and would highly recommend them

Modem came quickly NBN service technichans organised and I was kept informed. Speed is great for me. Tangerine phone contact only a short wait and polite customer service team. This was all while covid 19 was in full lockdown mode. A friends major provider would not even put a human on the phone.
I would definately recommend this product.
