Internet connection has been 100% reliable, speed as advertised.

My internet was enabled in less than 24hrs. I already had the nbn terminal installed in my property and my own moden, but was pleased with the quick turn around to get the account up and running. Speed is as expected. Great cost benefit

Since I put my order (Unlimited NBN, standard speed) on 29th of April, they kept in touch with very quick response by e-mails and text. The modem has arrived in 2 days. It took me a while to figured it out (as I didn’t have much knowledge about these things.)but the lady from the technical support on the phone, she was extremely patient! Standard is fine with three of us.My kids doing online learning no problem. Great connection so far.
No more worrying about running out of the data.
No regret switching to Tangerine!

I phoned Tangerine in the morning and after lunch the same day it was up and running. Easy as. We had been with another company however the price of the Tangerine service was better for the same speed.

We had Tangerine at our previous house (but no longer have Tangerine as housemates already had internet with another provider). It was a great service with reliable connection. It took 3 days to get connected after the initial requested date, but other than that, it’s been great. Though do keep track of your 6 month promotion price period as you don’t get notified of when that ends and you pay the extra $10/month. I’d recommend Tangerine.

They sent one professor technician the knows the job. I didn't have proper connection, he fixed very quickl . I believe this company and there service is very reliable. After connection I didn't fell anything bad.

Connection speed is good, no issues. I use it for business and home use and its been good.

They sent the NBN connection box follow by the modem in the mail. I had a problem with my line and they sent a NBN technician to my place a few days later. My network speed is great as advertised. I would highly recommend anyone to use them.

It’s been a couple of weeks since I installed the Tangerine NBN at my place.

So far it’s been great. No issues.
I haven’t checked the speed. However I have no connection problems or buffering issues.

So far I have had no issues with my connection. I struggled to set up my modem at first, but called the company and they immediately helped me solve it.

I would recommend tangerine for it's best possible customer service even in covid times and the fast and uninterrupted connection. They responded over email and phone equally and came up with the nbn connection issue in the shortest possible time.

Very happy that I switched to Tangerine. The connection is very reliable and fast (45 to 46Mbps). Already had FTTP with another provider and the switch was super easy with the new connection active within just 3 hours! Great service.

Same day connection, saving $60 per month.No contract. Internet speed is fine watching netflix and playing COD. Needed some technical assistance setting up modem which was efficient and immediate. Five stars for Tangerine

I didn't know internet could be that fast. I am working from home and blamed my laptop for being very slow as all my work is web based. I've joined the XXL speed and it's definitely worth it.

I was connected within few days of calling. Configuring the BYO modem was a bit fiddly though.

90+Mbps during the evening which is higher than 'average evening speeds. No drop outs as yet (only a week in). Speeds are constant and haven't had any issues.

Helped with a query I had during connection as well quickly and easily with minimal wait time on the phone.

Sales/customer/technical staff were professional and patient with enquires. The technical staff was willing to try using my old modem before my willingness to purchase the provider's. I am pleased with speed and service.
