I signed up online on Sunday night, received the box on Tuesday and online by afternoon Tuesday. Absolutely the fastest connection for internet I have ever experienced. The customer service on the phone was perfect without fault.

I didn't know internet could be that fast. I am working from home and blamed my laptop for being very slow as all my work is web based. I've joined the XXL speed and it's definitely worth it.

I was connected within few days of calling. Configuring the BYO modem was a bit fiddly though.

90+Mbps during the evening which is higher than 'average evening speeds. No drop outs as yet (only a week in). Speeds are constant and haven't had any issues.

Whole process to get connected was smooth and expedient. Technicians appointment and modem delivery was smooth. Internet speeds appear to be some much faster than my old broadband. Customer service was fine too.

Tangerine has been wonderful since the get go. The onboarding process was efficient and painless. I opted for the discounted NBN 100 FTTB plan and I'm not disappointed yet. So far, the connection has been stable with consistent speeds. It's holding up quite well, considering the increased push for work from home. Overall, quite satisfied with the connection.

I moved into a new apartment set up my account a few days before. They informed me it all looked good and would email me the details on the day I moved in ready to set up the internet. When we arrived we got the email. It all seemed set up but I couldn't get it working. I brought my own router and had issues, so I called up their service desk and they stayed on the line for 30 minutes helping me till it was resolved. Very happy with it all.

I chose Tangerine because they are cheaper than iiNet, but every afternoon around 3pm there are drop outs. Also at 10.30ish you can expect drop outs. Clearly this is a congestion issue that is not fixed at my end. Other than that they provide good speeds.

One final thing there has no information regarding Covid 19 in terms of hardship. I think they could have done better in this regard.

After ordering NBN from Telstra, I waited 2 weeks without hearing a thing and got sick of waiting. I then ordered NBN from Tangerine (on a public holiday no less) and within 2 days, the NBN Connection Device had been express posted, and 4 days later, it was all connected and up and running. Bearing in mind that NBN hadn't been connected to this property before, and the standard lead time from any provider was 2-3 weeks, 6 days was stunning. Now is running perfectly, getting the speeds that was promised by tangerine. Surperb service, and excellent communication through the whole process.

Applied online and service was available next day. Great customer service and pricing. All of our devices are connected and running smoothly. Connection is great!! Can not fault this company, would recommend to everyone.

Awesome speeds and seamless installation and set up. Was good to go the second our modem arrived. We have about 7-10 devices connected to our service at any one time (including tv and laptops streaming movies etc) and haven’t had any issues at all. Consistently getting 93Mbps down and 40Mbps up. Highly recommend.

Really bad service! I could never use as could not connect! No assistance and cancelled many of times without using but months later they have said I didn’t cancel! Well I have proof I did. And never used and cancelled within first 14 days! Stay away from this provider!

What a difference compared to our previous ADSL provider. Excellent service, simple at home setup, super fast unlimited internet at the same price I was paying our previous provider. Highly recommend!

Just connected in a remote area. Tangerine were certain I’d get good connection speeds and they were right ....so glad I found this company. First thing I did was call and seek advice. No waiting in a cue, straight through. I also had help setting up my byo modem. All done in a few minutes! So far very impressed. And...no contract, limitless data and plenty of speed! Don’t hesitate!

Sign up was easy. Installation happened within 1 week. They communicated very well. Have done speed tests 85-90mbps. Connection is stable as well. No drop outs. Very happy with this company.
