Since I put my order (Unlimited NBN, standard speed) on 29th of April, they kept in touch with very quick response by e-mails and text. The modem has arrived in 2 days. It took me a while to figured it out (as I didn’t have much knowledge about these things.)but the lady from the technical support on the phone, she was extremely patient! Standard is fine with three of us.My kids doing online learning no problem. Great connection so far.
No more worrying about running out of the data.
No regret switching to Tangerine!

They sent the NBN connection box follow by the modem in the mail. I had a problem with my line and they sent a NBN technician to my place a few days later. My network speed is great as advertised. I would highly recommend anyone to use them.

Really pleased with NBN. Was really impressed with how quickly Tangerine got me hooked up to NBN. I was worried given the situation with the CCP virus that I would be waiting a long time. But was connected up in no time!! Thanks

So far I have had no issues with my connection. I struggled to set up my modem at first, but called the company and they immediately helped me solve it.

We recently connected with Tangerine the service was very quick and efficient. Download speeds suit our needs. We have not experienced any dropouts and are very happy to be with Tangerine.

Sales/customer/technical staff were professional and patient with enquires. The technical staff was willing to try using my old modem before my willingness to purchase the provider's. I am pleased with speed and service.

Can not fault the product especially for the price we pay! In addition to this, I used the webchat function for two minor issues (one was operator error and the other was to downgrade my plan on advise from Tangerine! - side note what an ethical thing to do) and was blown away be the speed and efficiency of the service provided!

So glad I took some time to find Tangerine, everything has been smooth sailing since installation day - couldn't be happier with the service or the speed, and the price is pretty great too!

Ordered on Saturday and was on the NBN by Tuesday, very surprised with the quick activation, the speed is great for our family (streaming no problem off multiple devices) and the cost is good.

They keep you waiting for over an hour then hang up on you. They make promises then don't follow through. I would never deal with thus company again and I wish I didn't recommend them to so many. Worst experience ever!

The delivery of the modem is pretty fast and the customer service are great. Speed is reasonable and still take sometime to monitor. I am happy with the new company so far.

Signed up to tangerine online and someone already came within the week to set it up. Using a BYO modem which was not difficult to set up at all. Only been a week but so far so good. Just relieved that whenever I've called, someone actually answers.

Great product - they organised the connection asap (was connected within a week which is pretty good in the current climate!), their customer service over the phone was great and I'm rapt with internet speeds even though we only got the standard speed plan. Best prices to from what I could find! The NBN tech we had went above and beyond as well.

I changed over from another provider because of really slow service. The staff at tangerine helped me no end to get my service up and running I highly recommend them

Connecting our NBN internet service with Tangerine has been seamless. NBN was connected and the modem delivered within two weeks of signing up. We have two phones, two laptops and a smart tv using the internet in our home and the speeds are very fast and the connection reliable. Best price per package I could find when comparing a huge amount of NBN providers. Tangerine staff are always very helpful on the website online chat service. Great service and product.

I have only just signed up with tangerine with their BYO plan and they have been perfect in helping to get an NBN tech over, also with their trouble shooting. They tell you exactly what to expect. I don't like surprises, like the ones you get with Belong, shocking!

The connection setup was easy and straight forward with nbnco coming out and having me connected within 10 days. Very fast compared to my old 4g connection and cheaper too.

Previously, I tried to join with aussie BB but it failed because there was a faulty on nbn line. A month later, I joined in tangerine they found what the problem was and arranged a nbn technician then it worked. They did all process instantly so it took only two days from ordering service( If nbn was no faulty it will take few hours for connection)
I am happy with the speed when I use netflix on peak time. I surely recommend this.
