This is my first connection via FTTC. I was unaware that I'd need to talk to a technician, the advice I'd seen was that you just plug in a router via the WAN port. I did that and got no internet connectivity. Gave up and was busy moving into the new place when I got a call from Tangerine. I didn't have a PC set up yet and my tablet is over 5 years old. I had to use it via a mobile hotspot while I set things up. Anyway, the fellow was based at a call centre in the Philippines. He happily walked me through the setup of my BYO router including the firmware update and was very patient. By the end of the call everything worked. So, very happy with the whole affair.

Set up was easy, had to call and reschedule, but they were very accommodating. Internet has been great so far, no dropouts and budget friendly. Did try to call tech support when setting up and was met with a 70 minute wait, but given the price and the current situation, not unsurprising.

I received, connected the nbn modem and had no dropout for the past couple of days. I was very happy with the delivery. Easier instructions would have been a help.

Nbn tech did his bit with the connection to the house & an hour later it was up & running without any phone calls to support. It just started working after powering off/on the modem & has been excellent since.

Switched over from another provider to take advantage of the great prices. with no hassle signed up Sunday was connected by Monday. Customer service was great in helping set up my netgear byo modem. Has been great consistency in speed. Very happy thank you

Excellent tech support, speeds are much better than our last NBN provider however getting the bundled SIM activated took a few calls and a few weeks of paying two providers.

The set up was easy thanks to a competent technical help assistant, the download speed is comparable to my old Telstra plan and the price is less than half of Telstra.

I have been a Tangerine customer for about 2 months and ever since I have had this connection I have been seeing poor connectivity issues, bad speeds but I never had time to follow it up.
But since this lockdown I have to work from home and thats when it went worse. Even though they say its 21 Mbps typical evening speeds, I only got aroun 4-10 Mbps.
On complaining they could not find a problem. So I asked to increase the plan to XL. and it looks like they bumped it to XXL. On XXL I am getting speed of XL connection now.

First time hooking up my own NBN & these guys have been absolutely awesome! From starting my plan to delivering my modem etc. these guys have been extremely helpful, fast & efficient!

The service response was so quick. I got the NBN connection just the next day I ordered online. The network speed is excellent. No stress at all. I love it!

They had an issue charging my automatic debit, then I had to manually pay it. They charged me 15 dollars in late payment when it was their fault.
Also came across other communications. When chatting with them, half the time their system was down. They also do not communicate amongst themselves as I have to repeat the same information over and over to each person I talk to there.

I didn't have a modem but it arrived within 2 days and it was very easy to set-up, with no issues in accessing the NBN straight away. Very happy with the service.

The connection process was straight forward. The supplied modem worked straight out of the box and came pre-configured. The speed of the connection and bandwidth is as promised and is allowing all of us in the house to connect at the same time.

No dropouts over the 4 days since connection.
Decent speeds 11-19mbps during both off and on peak times which is enough to stream netflix and use on multiple phones.
Less than 24hrs for connection to complete.
