Tangerine has been wonderful since the get go. The onboarding process was efficient and painless. I opted for the discounted NBN 100 FTTB plan and I'm not disappointed yet. So far, the connection has been stable with consistent speeds. It's holding up quite well, considering the increased push for work from home. Overall, quite satisfied with the connection.

No issues easy setup and hassle free fast internet. Internet is fast in main room and not too bad far away from the modem. Great unlimited use age for streaming all the shows

I have only just signed up with tangerine with their BYO plan and they have been perfect in helping to get an NBN tech over, also with their trouble shooting. They tell you exactly what to expect. I don't like surprises, like the ones you get with Belong, shocking!

We had placed an order for a connection roughly 45 days ago. The tangerine company gave us a nbn appointment for a month later and the technician never showed up. We updated tangerine of the situation and they didnt even reschedule it immediately. The service center is always unreachable and has a waiting time of 30 mins. The reply to emails takes around 3-5 days on average. You'd be lucky to get a connection in 2 months time.

The connection setup was easy and straight forward with nbnco coming out and having me connected within 10 days. Very fast compared to my old 4g connection and cheaper too.

Installation took less than a week, although there was a brief period where NBN Co said it was installed, but it wasn't. Tangerine was very helpful when called, although the tech support queue is often an hour long.

I moved into a new apartment set up my account a few days before. They informed me it all looked good and would email me the details on the day I moved in ready to set up the internet. When we arrived we got the email. It all seemed set up but I couldn't get it working. I brought my own router and had issues, so I called up their service desk and they stayed on the line for 30 minutes helping me till it was resolved. Very happy with it all.

I order my modem and it arrived very fast, the set up was super easy and the internet speed is great, i would highly recommend Tangerine. The lady on the chat was very helpful too when i had some questions.

Previously, I tried to join with aussie BB but it failed because there was a faulty on nbn line. A month later, I joined in tangerine they found what the problem was and arranged a nbn technician then it worked. They did all process instantly so it took only two days from ordering service( If nbn was no faulty it will take few hours for connection)
I am happy with the speed when I use netflix on peak time. I surely recommend this.

I was impressed with Tangerine’s service. NBN had just arrived in my area, and within one week of ordering the NBN standard Speed service, they had booked an appointment with an NBN technician and my NBN was up and running and at the speeds outlined in the plan. I have already recommended their services to a friend.

If you love surfing the net you best get with tangerine quick.

Fast connection. There was a small issue on the NBN side which they quickly rectified and back dated my start date. The internet speed has been good so I'm pretty happy.

Just called them up and they answered quickly, but the lady I just spoke to a minute ago had no interest at what so ever, absolutely zero intrest, so guess what I told her thank you for no service, I'll just go and sign up with someone else.

Tangerine is very reliable no dropout and I have no issues with tangerine. Tangerine services are very reliable and I am enjoying it. I would like to recommend tangerine services to other people.

I spent months thinking I should probably try another NBN provider, but I figured that I probably couldn't get a faster speed, despite never hitting 30mbps on a 50mbps plan. But when I tried Tangerine, I hit 46 on the first night and average at least that over the last fortnight. Plus, it's been $10/month cheaper than my TPG account. Upload is also much faster Let's see if they can keep it up. Haven't used custom service as yet, so can't comment.

The cheapest NBN plan in Australia by far! Everything setup within the week and it took me about 10mins to setup my BYO modem. Am averaging 43MB at peak on a FTTB connection.

Transferred over to Tangerine from Exetel as the 100Gb/month download quota was no longer adequate. Shopped around and Tangerine had the most competitive deal in town. Didn't know what to expect except for what I had read in the reviews and I was certainly not let down. It literally took 2 hours between completing the signup process and the transfer being complete. Thus far the service has been very reliable, without any dropouts and the speed has been consistent, never dropping below 42Mbps, even during peak hours. At these competitive prices and service I highly recommend them.

Tangerine nbn 25 is super fast and affordable. It works great for me as I live alone. The internet is able to stream movies and download games with no lag. Very happy.
