Nice and easy to switch to Flip. Got notification, then I go to my existing router and change the credentials to the one supplied by Flip. Done !

Have emailed many times to get the internet fixed. Nothing changes and now they’re trying to make me pay for internet I do not have.

terrible service, drops out all the time, nbn, slow service. Terrible promised a phone nothing, no indication of commencement, just assumed it was there, slow as they come for internet. No indication of whether old service was disconnected dont bother..

I switched to Flip from Dodo and am so glad I did. No more interrupted internet connection and the two times I have spoken with Flip staff they have been friendly, knowledgeable and above all helpful. Attributes the staff at Dodo do not seem to be aware of. I highly recommend Flip.

I dropped from 50/20 with my previous supplier down to the 25/5 and really found no difference, we have two streaming services at the moment and our 25/5 runs perfectly, no dropouts and speed seems to be constant.

1st time NBN subscriber . Nothing to compare to. I can use my computer, no drop outs, was streaming last night and it was buffering, i thought this unusual as it was the only device in operation. All in all, it works and the speed is good

Prorata for the month of March? Even though it was to be free.. I’m really upset about this, I spoke to nicasio several times trying to connect and he said my first month would be free of charge. Since when is it ok to lie to customers?
I emailed you guys and got a swift response (within half an hour) that it cost that much because of the prorata. I then responded bringing up the free of charge stuff and got no reply that day (which was nearly over so fair enough) but then also no response for the entirety of the next day..16th of April and also the 17th of April.. really not happy.
