NBN 50/20 (Family)I changed NBN provider for a better $ value and after doing research on lots of other NBN providers I made the decision to go with Flip NBN. Change over went very smooth no issues whatsoever. Speed of service is on par with my previous provider and too date have not had any dropouts. I am using FTTN service. What more could I ask for, plus as a pensioner I am saving monies.

I had to upgrade my router, which unfortunately led to a delay in the setup and connection process. Despite this setback, I was genuinely impressed by the proactive customer service from Flip, who reached out to follow up on the situation. Highly recommend..great monthly rates, promos and customer service.

NBN 50/20 (Family)I went to their website to organise the transfer from another provider and set the date I want to change. All went smoothly on the day. It's been 1 1/2 months with no problem at all. Most of the time I get the speed I need 48/19. The price I pay now is the same as I paid to previous provide but double the speed.Very happy so far.

NBN 100/20 (Turbo Boost)I churned from Internode (customer of 10 years) because customer service dropped to a low level. I selected Flipconnect, arranging he service was easy, they provide a really good router/modem, and the setup was easy. Had a small tech query, they dealt with it fairly quickly, and even rang me several days later to check all was good. I am really satisfied with them. Getting very good speeds and stable connection.

NBN 250/25 (Super Speed)I switched from another provider after I lost my discount due to changing banks. Flip offered the best value for the fastest speeds. No lock-in contract and I didn’t even have to reset my modem. I nominated a changeover date and my NBN service was effortlessly changed to Flip - I didn’t have to do anything at my end. Do yourself a favour and change to Flip!

NBN 50/20 (Family)We have only just been connected and it was difficult because our previous provider had restricted our services.
This did not stop the team from Flip doing their work brilliantly. It took a bit longer but we are now up and running.

NBN 25/5 (Premium)Flip NBN works as expected, no complaints. Accompanying VoIP phone service billing doesn't match the cis. Local calls charged as timed national calls and 1300 calls charged at higher rate. Trying to resolve with customer support has proven difficult.

NBN 50/20 (Family)Had the worst experience ever. Being without service for more than two weeks. Told that there was a bridge tab, make a new socket (DRILLED THE WALL).
Call NBN and they NEVER received a report about my line.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE WITH THEM.
Waste of money and time (customer service open Mon-Friday) unless you like trouble.
I am pleased I swapped providers.
NBN 12/1 (Value)I am a senior, with very basic knowledge of my requirements. Costs were increasing with previous supplier.
I was recommended Flip from a neighbour. I took up a Senior's special offer. Connection is very reliable. It turns out it is the same speed as previous supplier. I am happy with the service.
I am getting good value for my money.
Poor customer service
NBN 50/20 (Family)I decided to cancel my 50/20 due to constant dropouts and poor customer service. My last day with Flip is 31 Aug. I thought the service would be cancelled in the evening. You know what, they cancelled my service in the morning and left me without internet for the most of the day. Poor form

NBN 50/20 (Family)I recently changed providers to Flip NBN. So glad I did because they were so efficient changing over and had online directions for my Modem. I was able to reset my modem in minutes. Definitely a good move in providers. Also Flip is cheaper monthly. So far no dropouts and very reliable.
