Flip arranged NBN co. to come out to fix our connection and get our home connected in 24 hours

Once we were set up with NBN12, it's been great having unlimited data for a good price plus we still have our Landline phone / number for at a low price.

I changed NBN provider for a better $ value and after doing research on lots of other NBN providers I made the decision to go with Flip NBN. Change over went very smooth no issues whatsoever. Speed of service is on par with my previous provider and too date have not had any dropouts. I am using FTTN service. What more could I ask for, plus as a pensioner I am saving monies.

Found price competitive, service just great with excellent communications, and follow up. And is Australian owned!!

I went to their website to organise the transfer from another provider and set the date I want to change. All went smoothly on the day. It's been 1 1/2 months with no problem at all. Most of the time I get the speed I need 48/19. The price I pay now is the same as I paid to previous provide but double the speed.Very happy so far.

I churned from Internode (customer of 10 years) because customer service dropped to a low level. I selected Flipconnect, arranging he service was easy, they provide a really good router/modem, and the setup was easy. Had a small tech query, they dealt with it fairly quickly, and even rang me several days later to check all was good. I am really satisfied with them. Getting very good speeds and stable connection.

Install and cut-over went well, so no problems there. But when I received an invoice the charge was much higher than I expected and it is not itemised. Now I'll have to phone to sort out what the problem is. Just a nuisance.

I switched from another provider after I lost my discount due to changing banks. Flip offered the best value for the fastest speeds. No lock-in contract and I didn’t even have to reset my modem. I nominated a changeover date and my NBN service was effortlessly changed to Flip - I didn’t have to do anything at my end. Do yourself a favour and change to Flip!

Flip staff were awesome, i havnt set up a modem router in 10 years, they sent someone out, followed up with phone calls to help with the new modem set up and kept checking in to make sure i got it right.

Customer service was helpful when I first enquired. We purchased a modem as the one from previous provider was old, and it arrived within a few days. Really quick and easy to connect and so far, no drop outs. Would highly recommend.

Changed to Flip when I moved house, better price than my previous provider, quick response to fix a fault at new address by organising NBN technician, only used for TV and WFH, reliable connection meets my needs.

Flip was recommended by a family member. I had never heard of this company. I was after a change after being with one of the major companies for years as i wanted to save some money but not compromise on the product. The service and connection has been brilliant. Much more affordable too! Wish I'd known about Flip earlier!

Internet speed is faster than expected. There have been no dropouts. Service was installed on the agreed day. I would have no problem recommending the service to friends.

I have installed 3 Flip Services, 2 internet and 1 landline phone service for my mother. Found staff to be easy to deal with, reasonable waiting times on the phone, and I can understand them!! and they are located in Australia. Have recommended them to friends. Also good pricing.

Joined FLIP and noticed the NBN speed was very slow. Rang up trech support and they fixed the problem on the spot. They also rang me back a week later to see if all was ok. Great service and good value which is great for us seniors

Internet connection drops out - I work from home, and therefore the connection can’t be trusted during the day. Drops out without warning for long durations.

Transition from my previous ISP of 18 years was seamless, trouble free and on time.Communication via email was prompt and helpful.Line speeds are as per plan with no dropouts.very happy with the seniors discount.

3 weeks now with no dropouts and the supplied D-Link router has good coverage. Called me the day after connection to check all was OK.

The transition to Flip was seamless & I have had no issues with the NBN connection.

Everything seems to be good with Flip Mobile so far. Porting my number requested online and took less than an hour to complete. The same Optus mobile phone network service as Moose at a cheaper price.

Had the worst experience ever. Being without service for more than two weeks. Told that there was a bridge tab, make a new socket (DRILLED THE WALL).
Call NBN and they NEVER received a report about my line.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE WITH THEM.
Waste of money and time (customer service open Mon-Friday) unless you like trouble.

I am a senior, with very basic knowledge of my requirements. Costs were increasing with previous supplier.
I was recommended Flip from a neighbour. I took up a Senior's special offer. Connection is very reliable. It turns out it is the same speed as previous supplier. I am happy with the service.
I am getting good value for my money.

I decided to cancel my 50/20 due to constant dropouts and poor customer service. My last day with Flip is 31 Aug. I thought the service would be cancelled in the evening. You know what, they cancelled my service in the morning and left me without internet for the most of the day. Poor form

An update on below - flip have been very responsive in correcting our issues annd anll was resolved easily. Thank you! ordered a modem through flip and have received no word just a congratulations on connection that I can’t use. I have emailed this morning with no response. I have nbn connection which I sadly can’t use. I am hoping to hear from someone today…

I recently changed providers to Flip NBN. So glad I did because they were so efficient changing over and had online directions for my Modem. I was able to reset my modem in minutes. Definitely a good move in providers. Also Flip is cheaper monthly. So far no dropouts and very reliable.
