Fantastic and effective.

Great response time
I was affected by the rescheduling of CathayPacific; Fly365 was able to confirm refund requirements without fees. Ahmed at customer service was very helpful in confirming a few requirements. Overall Im so relieved that Fly365 was able to sort out my situation without financial penalty.

Reasonable refund and timely execution
I was impressed with the explanation and the timeliness from Sharukh in arranging a refund for the Thai Airways fare, net of the reasonable cancellation fee. It gave me confidence with both Fly365 and Thai Airways.

1 week to travel, ticket has not been issued!!
We have booked our tickets to and from Perth which is on 16th February so only a week to go. But when I called the airline it has been said that none of the tickets has been issued yet.
It is so frustrating and scary situation, I called them a hundred times but no one receives the call. Sent them email to send me the PNR number and copy of the issued ticket but got no response. I would really appreciate if someone from them kindly get back to me immediately. We are kind of stuck with our long awaited holiday plan!

I will not ever book with this again. I arrived at the airport for my flight. Only to be told there is no booking for me. They had taken out the money sent a conformation and E ticket. But nothing at the airport. So very disappointed. I had to re book and pay for another flight. When I contacted the support here was told I had canceled and they will not refund. I am not a happy chappy with this.

Attractive prices - why else would we go to them right?
Booked my flights 9 months ago. Flights included a transit in HK which unfortunately at the time of this review is experiencing the beginnings of something like a zombie apocalypse, first with the rioting and now with the coronavirus. Not Fly365's fault in all fairness.
So the airline had to change my travel companions' flights due to unavailability as a result of the mass exodus out of HK. I however was not moved with them. Again, not Fly365's fault.

to match that of my companions, I was greeted by the most unhelpful team I have ever encountered. Disinterested, lazy, unwilling. I have experienced far better customer service at 3am on a Wednesday morning at my local Maccas. It began with an email which outlined my situation and included a very clear and simple request to change my return flight. The response asked me to phone up. I phoned up and the person asked me to email my request. I email again and the response was to phone up. I phone again and am told to email in. Are you beginning to see a trend? Each email response takes 2-3 hours (not bad) however they are always one-liners, with no follow-up questions or suggestions. 3 days, 12 emails, and 4 phone calls later, I am no closer to my goal.Similar opinion? Still Waiting for my e-ticket!!!
I purchase ticket on 8th Feb! Gotten a confirmation and receipt. However when i try to manage my booking via airline website. Notice that my booking never been proceed and got canceled. What on earth. Email the customer service and they given me an "new" reference number. Yet till now i still cant manage my booking... still showcasing my ticket hasn't been issue yet. How disappointing...

Got ticket after 2nd email
Booked with Fly365 and dint get my ticket after 7 days. Did email them after 4 days, no answer. Wrote again at the 7 day mark after reading all these reviews and worrying that there was an issue with the company and got my ticket within a few hours. Thank you

Stay Away
Tickets were advertised relatively cheaper than Singapore airlines. Booked it two months ago and I have only two weeks to go fro my flights, calling up Singapore airlines they don't have any record of my tickets and Fly365 customer care number is a joke and email correspondence is for namesake.
No definite solutions provided. Am freaking out and have been waiting for more than 3 days for an outcome. ..
For a few dollars saving, it's just not worth it.

Very helpful staff
I called the contact center to cancel my flight. They (Mia) offerd me the most economical way the cancel the flight which i did not know about. Now im getting a refund rather than losing all the money due to my change of mind. Its an amazing outcome!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I found them through SkyScanner as a competitive price. My flights are still not confirmed when I paid for them on the 29th of January, today is the 4th of February. I was hoping to get some confirmation through the airline already. I have sent over 6 enquiries/emails and I keep getting confirmation through the Fly365 company but still states that it is pending on Oman Air (and not yet paid), while no booking can be found on Malindo.

d travel, but always receive reply in a generic please wait for 48 to 72 hours. They say the delay is for security, but this just unreasonable where have provided my passport, my email, and card I paid on all matching to my name of which booked my ticket under. This has been so much effort to just ensure and confirm my flight. They have not let me know of any issues or what is even going on with my booking (just get confirmation through them but not the airline). SUB -STANDARD SERVICE
I booked online but no confirmation email was sent, I now have no record of flight details, ticket or booking reference. Have emailed customer service twice but no contact has been made. Now on the phone to customer service - currently 20 mins no answer as yet. Who are these people.??? I made the booking through Skyscanner so would expect to have quality providers....
Money has been deducted from my account -over 5000K
I would NOT consider using this company EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Waiting for a refund
I needed to cancel by airfare within 4 days of purchasing it, 365 confirmed it was refundable and cancelled. Then advised i need to wait until March 31st for the refund! How does this work? It definitely does not take that amount of time to process a refund to a credit card even as third party. Has anyone had speedier refunds. I would like to have the amount credited asap to my credit card.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
It is more than 2 months now and I am still waiting for my Genuine Refund Money from fly365.
If you call them trust me you have to wait for hours. Last time I was on hold for 4 hours BUT still after 4 hrs wait could not talk to any one. I emailed them so many times but useless. Every time they say they working on my refund. It was my first and very bad experience to buy tickets through Fly365.

Do not recommend
Booked tickets 2 months ahead, never received my e-ticket. Reference number they sent me was cancelled - didn't contact me at all. Luckily 2 weeks before my flight I went check it and couldn’t find any flights with the reference number fly365 sent me so I rang emirates and they were able to send my itinerary and correct booking reference in just 5 min got everything sorted.
Also, if you buy your tickets through here you’re not able to do any upgrades on the airline app,
Very disappointed with their customer service.

I have a confirmed flight on BA on 21/7/2020 KUL - LHR, booking VAPZEK
But unfortunately few days ago I received an email from BA stating that my flight was cancelled / could change date of travel. So I was hoping to change the date thru BA Manage My Booking & with my despair when I click to the Manage My Booking it says that BA can’t change my date of travel & I should contact FLY365 & to another shock the fly365 website does not respond! Even your company is on Liquidation there must be a way or kind of link how am I going to change my date of travel! As for the moment to travel in July just after or in the mid of this Corona Virus pandemic all over the world & i am taking the precaution of delaying / postponing my flight to a later date in January 2021!!
Please anyone or whoever having this experience with Fly365 could help me with information how to go about this situation when company gone into administration .Kind regards A

I do make a booking from your fly365, which is with china airline flight from PEN to TPE. The traveling date is on 04th, April 2020. Now due to the coronavirus, both of countries are district to in and out of the countries.
