2 hours waiting on phone & still on hold
Flight booked 6 days ago and payment made to 365. Debit showing on our account (payment collected), however our airline E-ticket has yet to be issued. When we called the airline (QATAR) they advised 365 have not made payment - QATAR advised that they will cancel booking if $ not received soon - What the? I been on hold over 2 hours to 365 with no response. Email sent too requesting an update.
I acknowledge the organisation may be inundated by calls, however the current service and delays is completely unsatisfactory - buyer beware.
Just been advised that they have gone into liquidation. Money now gone.

Extremely unprofessional and worst customer service ever
Extremely unprofessional with worst customer service that doesn’t cater to your due requests fairly. They put on hold for hours on the phone and the only way to contact them is through email which is frustrating when you are looking to change travel dates and explore flexible options. I had booked a flight and had to change it due to unavoidable circumstances but after tens of emails, I was not given appropriate response and was given a quote of more than $800 for the change of dates which included late hour service fee, change costs etc. and $...Read more
400 just for the fare difference (I checked online even through official emirates website for the price and the maximum difference was $100 even if you take the most expensive one). I had to request them in each email for the flexible dates with cheaper price and send them screenshots and asked for 3 possible dates to choose but always got one quote in response with no regard to rest of the questions asked or dates. Frustrated at the process and non-cooperation over weeks, I had to cancel the ticket and asked for refund for which they charged total of $800 out of $1200 and even then took more than 2 months to process the refund. This has been the worst customer service and with travelling if you need changes or any help then don’t ever look at booking with them as they would offer no help but would try to make more money out of it.Similar opinion? Great Service
I made a spelling mistake on my ticket and new it wouldn't get through customs. While on hold with Fly365, I decided to have a look at the reviews that other people had given them, my heart sank and I started to sweat. Being on hold for 1 hour made me very nervous, until Dominic answered the phone. He had sorted my mistake out quick smart and at no cost. A big thank you to Dominic for the great service.

Very professional staff
Had to rebook flights, then cancelled due to coronavirus. Staff were very efficient and friendly in processing these changes. Let me know when to expect refund and how that it was to be performed.

Fraud company.
Robotic replies from emails and no answer to phone call after being on hold for 1 hour 15 mins. No one willing to help at all. Disappointed. Never booking again.

I was in panic after reading comments as I also do not have airline ref number.
But got reference no. and all sorted. Try call queensland number.
I think they only have one person name shahrukh to answer things. He attended me.

Worst customer service
I have booked the flight with them few months ago and now airline has cancelled the flight and advised me to contact fly365 and I am calling them and on hold for 1 hour and 25 minutes and nobody is answering the call, even on chat they don't help you and will ask to call or email and when I email them about any issue let alone refund, they will not reply for for few days. I have never faced such kind of poor customer service, they are not receiving calls more than Telstra or any other busy organization. they need to lift the customer service, very very unsatisfied...

For an on-line booking service, the follow-up service is first-rate. Sharukh is exceptional !!
Due to airlines rescheduling, two separate trip reservations booked through fly365 needed to be adjusted and fine-tuned. All this was done with no fuss, and the travel consultant was very, very attentive and excellent in providing background, explaining the options, and the steps required to sort out revised arrangements, etc. By coincidence in calling Fly365 twice in one week, I spoke with the same consultant on both occasions. Sharukh was outstanding in his dealings with me. I highly commend him.

Bad experience! Sucks!!
My family have a vacation to Taiwan on 18/2/2020. We do request for delay the flight after coronavirus. But Fly365 refused to change our flight. If we force to change it, there will be penalty RM300 person and process fee RM135.00 per person. Its fine and we can't do anything due to the term and condition applied. But i make another request for refund my mom ticket as she diagnosed acute ischemic stroke with left hemiparasis. Fly365 rejected to refund as well even i provide all the proof of letter from doctor!! this web was sucks!!

Ticketing issues
Same experience as many other customers here. Purchased flights a week ago. Despite several emails, tickets have not been issued yet. Am told that they are in the queue. Worst experience I ever had with a travel agent. For a company that once had 5 star reviews, you wonder what has happened to them to offer such lousy service.

Terrible
Asked for flight cancellation/change due to coronavirus, want to charge me $600 for "processing" fees (The ticket cost this much). I'd accept this at any other time, but not when there's a world recognised outbreak happening in asia.
0/10 never booking through them again.

Customer Service Helped
I booked Europe flights for me an my boyfriend 24 hours ago, started digging a bit deeper and seeing all these bad reviews where e-tickets never came and it got me worried. I emailed customer service about 4 times (they did respond each time with the 72 hour wait period). I called this morning and Shahrukh contacted ticketing and issued my e-tickets on the spot. The flights are in June so fingers crossed all goes good from now to then but atleast we got the tickets. Can appreciate Shahrukh's customer service for me.

Taking your money although the booking has not gone through
We tried to book flights on fky365, after all filling out the pages and doing payment with credit card booking confirmation email came through. 5 minutes later got an email from fky365 stating that your chosen flight/seats is not available!! So there is no flights booked and we had to book through airways website.
Fly365 deducted the money from my account few days later although they knew that they couldn't book me the flights!! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible service
I booked 3tickets. They sent me itinerary. After few weeks they changed one flight without informing us. Really disappointed
Meantime I made request to change one of flight due to corona virus since I am travelling with 2 years old. They don’t care it and asked me to pay $395 per person

So far so good!
I booked my international flights from Sydney only yesterday. I needed my Frequent Flyer number linked to the booking so I emailed Fly365 today. Within only a few hours, Sharukh Shaikh emailed to say it had been done. Thank you so much! Fantastic customer service!

Very helpful

I have a confirmed flight on BA on 21/7/2020 KUL - LHR, booking VAPZEK
But unfortunately few days ago I received an email from BA stating that my flight was cancelled / could change date of travel. So I was hoping to change the date thru BA Manage My Booking & with my despair when I click to the Manage My Booking it says that BA can’t change my date of travel & I should contact FLY365 & to another shock the fly365 website does not respond! Even your company is on Liquidation there must be a way or kind of link how am I going to change my date of travel! As for the moment to travel in July just after or in the mid of this Corona Virus pandemic all over the world & i am taking the precaution of delaying / postponing my flight to a later date in January 2021!!
Please anyone or whoever having this experience with Fly365 could help me with information how to go about this situation when company gone into administration .Kind regards A

I do make a booking from your fly365, which is with china airline flight from PEN to TPE. The traveling date is on 04th, April 2020. Now due to the coronavirus, both of countries are district to in and out of the countries.
