From there, everything ran so smoothly - everything ran to schedule - communication was frequent and accurate.

I build my first IP with Frenken after l talked Guy all process straight forward. After construction finish and check final work all seems great. If you want to build with tight budget. And great home Frenken is there..Thank you Guy, All office people and Team we will see you another chapter. Once again !!!

If the quality of the finished product is what you saw in the display home you would never build with Frenken. Six weeks after picking up keys and noting on the day some obvious issues that needed to be attended to we are still waiting for a call back. We keep getting told the director will ring and this never happens. Finishes are like a first week employee did the work. Things in our contract were not installed in the house and changes were made without consultation or sign off. Frenken will not acknowledge this other than to say to bad it was the cheaper option. No service from the Sales Manager, No service from the Directors. Take your money and wipe there hands of any issues.

Service... well explained the pre-contract of building....easy to understand the process of building... answered all questions we asked....very organised paperwork...very friendly and honest to explain the difference options we can and can't have...we are satisfy with the pre-construction process...we are positive that it will be a smooth process as promised by Benny sales consultant in Officer display by Frenken Homes .

We selected Frenken to build our new home because we liked their designs, they were willing to accommodate some changes we requested, and because the salesman, Guy, was outstanding to deal with. Our new home is built within the specified timeframe (actually 6 weeks earlier!!) and we love it. Frenken were so easy to deal with: everything happened when they said it would. Guy was so helpful, explained the process, helped us with the changes and was extremely patient and understanding of a couple that had never built a new home before. I would recommend Frenken to anyone wanting an affordable home and a great builder. Go and see Guy!!

This was my first investment property in One estate, Lyndhurst, Vic. After few meetings with them i get into a design i suggested with as many upgrades i needed. All of their products are reasonably good. Kept the time. Started and completed in time. They are good for people who need a good house. Their overall performance is very good rather than specifics. Please make changes in the design with them if you think their design is different from what is in your mind. Cheers..

I built our first home with Frenken 7 years ago and the house is still going strong and still work and looks like a new house. Last year we started to build our second house with one of the leading buiders in Victoria and the trouble we had to go through with them was unbelievable. Eventually, we had to seek help from a private inspector. With Frenken we didn't have any of the issues and I must admit the workmanship and the quality is still 100% better than the leading builder. They were really easy to deal with too. Hence, I would recommend them easily to anyone.

We are first home builders and Frenken was excellent. Guy in sales had lots of experience and got us what we wanted on the size lot we had. The office staff were excellent to deal with. Our house was finished in the quoted time and really good quality.

The only suggestion I have is that they put better lighting in their colour selection center. A couple of daylight lamps would do the trick so you can see the colour selections of tiles, paint and carpet better!

Very happy with our Frenken home, it was an investment but now we have move in. Everything was very easy starting with guy in sales who looked after everything he made this very easy for us. The office staff were also fantastic and the house itself, we have now been in for 3 months and we only have a couple of very minor things to be fixed.
Could not be happier with our house with service, quality, build time and price.

Building home with Frenken was amazing and easy. They helped me everything with step by step, work quality is really good their support with all the my questions was quick and responsive from the sales person as well as from office to, I got my house build on time and without any problem, their customer services is great from designing my home to colour selection with their help.

Daniel in sales was great to deal with and helped us make changes to make the house our home. The house was done was not to many issues and any issues where delt with quickly. Wven 18 months later any issues we have are dealt with quickly. Overall the process was done quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with our home.
