We recently bought a fridge from Fridge and Washer City Joondalup. The customer service was fantastic. We were given plenty of time to browse and think, without being pressured. And they answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of information on the different brands. We had our children with us and they were welcomed (and were even given an icy pole) which made our shopping experience much less stressful. We received our fridge in a few days and it was installed for us. We needed a lift as our kitchen is on the first floor and they organised this for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Found out at work in the morning that my freezer had died, needed a new one ASAP. Found that the Joondalup store had the freezer I wanted and could deliver it on the same day. Gave me a further discount over the listed price and delivery cost as well. From the time I rang to delivery was about 3 hours. I could not have asked for more helpful, efficient or courteous service.

Did not know this place was there, so glad someone told me, bought a washing machine from there and staff where very helpful. Their prices are very competitive and I will definitely be returning in future! And I absolutely love my new washing machine, they helped me pick one suitable for my family’s needs.
