Purchased a Slumberking mattress from Furniture Bazaar *Worst decision*
Mattress is called a Posture Support Luxury--Shocking mattress ever after purchasing in 2014 with a 10 year warranty which means absolutely nothing. after 1.1/2 years it started with a mass in middle and sagging under body I approached the store to tell them the condition of mattress and have many photos to prove my allegations regarding this and basically i was fobbed off from the store and told to go to manufacturer. ber to follow up on mattress 2016 it was taken back to warehouse to have repairs done and yes the first 6 months where fine then it progressively started slumbing under body mass and could not sleep close up as it caused massive slumping and sleeping close to the edge was also out of the question due to issues again of giving way it got to the point i no longer could sleep on this mattress it was a back breaker with sore points sleepless nights this has to be the worst mattress ever the best thing we did was dispose of it sometimes buying expensive means nothing as we have had to replace with a cheaper brand with no pillow top to enable a good nights sleep and don't expect it to fall to pieces after 1 and 1/2 years so buyers beware what you think you are getting even after asking all relative questions and what you actually purchase can be the biggest mistake you make the brand name means nothing **luxury Support** yes for 1.1/2 years after that zeroSimilar opinion? Very happy customers
we recently purchased a new bedroom suite and mattress from Pritesh at the Cannington store. We found Pritesh to be the most professional and conscientious salesman. Nothing we asked of him was too much trouble. Explaining in full detail everything from the care plan, the warranty and after sales service. we would highly recommend pritesh and furniture Bazaar.

After sales service is very poor
Never buy any mattress from Furniture Bazaar. Specially slumber one.. worst service. They will never listen to your complaint. It bougnt a sluber mattress 2 years ago. Lost its firmess in 2 years. Made a complaint in store, store employèe advised to make a complaint at customer care. Looks like only one employee is there in customer care. Took my complaint. Took a long time to respond since the only one employee was on leave then responded and passed on the complaint to supplier.. supplier took more than a month to respond inspite of repetitive...Read more

Excellent service from Pritesh on 04/03/2018
Made an instore purchase on 04/03/2018 on a king bedroom suite and mattress. Have bought many furnitures before but this time we got an excellent customer service experience from Pritesh. Even though Furniture Bazaar Cannington was $189 more than the competition, the main reason me and my wife decided to by from Pritesh was mainly due to the high level of care, helpfulness and patience shown by him to his customers.

Great Customer Service
Have purchased a few items over time in store.
Have not had a bad experience and products very good quality. Most recently in store we purchased and paid for a discounted item and before leaving the store, changed our mind to purchase something else. The process was a little confusing requiring management approvals to reverse, and some delays, and some uncertainty about whether the store would allow us to upgrade to a different item. To the staff and store's credit and example of customer first, they allowed us to exchange for another more expensive item. Customer very happy! and that what makes this store great - willing to do whatever they can to make sure the customer experience is first class.

Very happy with Henderson Tallboys from Cannington Western Australia
Purchase was in nicely laid out well equiped air conditioned Furniture Bazaar store in Cannington Western Australia.
It was a typical very hot January day in Western Australia but it was very comfortable in the store
It would have been nice to have some shade trees outside for the car as it was a very hoy day
Staff member Carla was very nice lady and did not keep us waiting
She was very helpful in helping us make the choice of the 2 Henderson Tallboys we wanted

I made the purchase in store
Staff helpful
Purchased recliner lounge and after 17 months started to sag and become very uncomfortable and required a cushion to sit on to make reasonable.Contacted warranty and after some discussion they picked up the onit and had it repaired ane returned with in 7 days.Good result and handled well by all staff concerned.

Went in to buy a new mattress but the prices were so good ended up buying whole new bedroom suite. Salesperson was very good, not pushy and very helpful. Have bought here before and will definitely come back again

We did in-store purchase today. We looked around to different stores yesterday to find a mattress with good quality at a reasonable price. And of all the store, it was the mattress at furniture bazaar that we really loved and so we went back today to purchased it. Carlen, who assisted us since yesterday ( and gave us a quote) was really helpful and explained everything that we need to know. Well done to you Carlen!

Excellent after sales service
We really appreciated the time and effort the salesperson gave to us as we shopped for our furniture. He really knew his products and was able to show us various items from which we could choose. Later, we had to get some screws that were missing from some cupboard handles, and the people at the Furniture Bazaar Warehouse were helpful and prompt in their service. We also need to exchange a chair that had a slight rip in the material. There was no problem at all, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied. Thanks for the beautiful furniture and that fantastic service.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE***NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
I bought a product from Cannington store and was advised that there is no layby on Managers' special price or else I have to pay full amount without discount. So agreed to pay in full to receive the discounted price. Later, I wanted to cancel the item, they wanted to charge $400 admin fee saying that was the last piece and other customers lost their opportunity to buy, in fact HO advised that there were queries from other stores for the same product and none was available. Called HO to make a complaint just to have a rude response from Operations Manager. Out of curiosity, phoned Midland store and enquired if they have the same item on stock. After checking Midland store advised that there are couple more pieces left, also advised that there is layby on this item for the promotional price. I questioned this to Operations Manager why I was given all wrong information and she could not even find the information in their own website. Finally I was able to talk her through so she could see in the website that it says layby available, she was struggling and finding excuses, also saying that she can not talk for other stores blah blah blah. Disappointed with whole experience and regret going to Furniture Bazar in the first place. Highly not recommended.3 comments

Do you think i will go and waste my time picking up the substitute items if store manager never offered me to do so?? Also, when i discussed about other wrong information provided by store manager, your operations manager did not have an answer and simply dismissed by saying that she do not want to talk about other stores. So basically you are trying all the ways to protect your staff and who cares. I lost the trust in you and its my fate that i jumped and paid in full and i am happy to live with it at least knowing me or my family or friends would never go to any of your stores and do the same mistake.
