Worst Internet Service
FuzeNet has to honestly be the worst internet provider I have ever used. Unfortunately the building I live only allows certain companies to be connected and FuzeNet is one. Stupid me decided to go with them, but I wish I had of read the reviews before I signed on. I have tried calling numerous times about my connection but every time I call the wait time is ridiculous and some days it’s almost impossible to wait that long on the phone. I can’t watch a whole movie on Netflix without having to switch my router off a million times in hope it’ll reboot the service. Worst Customer Service Ever
I’ve never met such a bad internet provider as Fuzenet.
I used to rent at Meriton apartment which allows only one internet provider, which is fuzenet. Because everything has been set up at the apartment, I didn’t deal with them in person in the beginning.

Worst internet provider and customer service stay away !!!

Check your systems before you guys try and charge people. The wifi hasnt even worked for the past 6 months and you try and charge your customers.
When you email multiple times to the customer service you wait for 30mins and get passed to someone that has no idea on what the issue is, then you try and charge for a service you don't even provide.
Its actually not the money issue of the service, it is the pure faulty hardware and customer service.

Rubbish services
The fuzenet customer service is sucks . I have been upgraded nbn to from 25 mba to 100 mba and been told the speed will be change in 24 hours after the upgrading be made, I have been test the speed everyday same the new plan been changed and the speed still stay the same and I email them everyday and calling them everyday no reply .
At the same time declared in my email to them that I wont pay for the upgraded price until the speed really upgrade and if they charge me based on 100mba I am not going to pay it or take further legal action, is so upsetting.
If this issue not been sorted out soon, I am going to sending them and letter to notice for change the plan .

I'd rather use mobile broadband from other Telco's.
I've been involuntary using their service for more than a year since they are the sole home broadband provider for my building. The connection is poor and drops out building-wide on a regular basis (from our building forums and chat groups). Upon trying to contact their call centre at 8:30am on a regular Tuesday I get the message "our contact centres are currently closed, our opening ours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday..." to read the clock. I have tried mobile broadband with Optus Telstra and Vodafone, they are all more stable and have better customer service. I will raise a complaint and escalate the issue further with TIO, I find it appalling that a company with such incompetency is still operating and I urge those who are victims of this blasphamy to complain with Fuzenet and escalate it with the TIO if they fail to deliver. Company that discriminates against Asian customers
The company treats Asian customers badly. They are over focused on their own profit and doesn’t care about the customers. Their attitude is very bad for people who doesn’t have English as their first language.

Hopeless
We have been without internet since Friday night. Every time I call the contact centre they say it’s closed, even when I call during the opening times as indicated on the automated voice message and what’s listed on their website! The two times (website and phone) don’t even match by the way.
This is not the first time we’ve had issues with Fuzenet! Terrible customer service.

very good service, very good speeds, very good everything.
for starters, FuzeNet is NOT expensive. their plans are about par with the market. i joined FuzeNet 3 years ago when i first moved in to a Meriton complex, and their speeds were exactly as advertised. whenever i needed to speak to them, the wait times were a little long, but they were always helpful. especially with a couple of late bills. i even took them with me to my new apartment which was not meriton owned. i was getting absolutely slaughtered with slow speeds, however a couple of nights troubleshooting it was all sorted, and a credit for my troubles. easily one of the best ISP's ive ever been with. easily miles ahead of the big telco's

The WORST internet company
no customer service when I tried to call. Tried to call serveral times but get nothing back even I wantted to upgrade the speed. Internet is disconnected easily. The speed is not stable when Im using it

I had no choice when I moved into my estate. FuzeNet was my only option and hesitantly (after reading MANY bad reviews), I agreed to go on a NO-CONTRACT payment plan. This lasted for 5 YEARS. Paying on time, every time. I could’ve switched before then, but didn’t. Finally decided to leave them and they have sent debt collectors after me to pay for a month of internet I never used. Poor download speeds
Sit is a joke for our download speed to be only 0.11 at 8pm at night. There should be a rebate back to customers who are paying for much higher speeds.

The literal worst.
Weeks without internet for no reason whenever it feels like it. Been through 7-8 moderns trying to fix the problem. Tried to cancel but they kept charging us! Called for help probably 50 times to no avail, had the big boss come out last year and it worked for a while but not for long. Genuinely think this is a scam.

Poor service
The internet Connection has been extremely unreliable. Dropout very often and can be days without connection. Technical support service isn’t the most helpful and sometimes quite rude. It takes a few days before someone calls me when an email has been sent out. Sometimes no reply at all. It is quite pricy considering the poor quality.

Be aware of hidden charges
I was told Fuzenet was the only option for the aprtment I was renting. So, I signed up with them on no contract. I must say I didnt experience significant issues with the internet service. Once I decided to move out, I gave them notice for termination of service. But they told me thay notice should be given 1 month before the service cancellation even when I didnt know I would be leaving my apartment. Notice periods to cancel the lease for a rental house is 2-3 weeks but they require a 1 month notice! So, I was charged for a duration durimg which I didnt use the service. Be aware of such charges before signing up with Fuzenet.

The connection is slow, the service terrible. And also I called them to close my account and they continued sending me invoices. NEVER AGAIN !!!! Also the contract a company to push you to pay. Never again!!

Extremely poor customer service - still under investigation
FuzeNet charged us a $300 initial set up fee for NBN connection, even though we were the 2nd connection at this property!
I've lodged a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), FuzeNet have failed to respond appropriately to this complaint, still took the $300 from my credit card (although the TIO said they shouldn't be taking a charge that is in dispute) and now the TIO are doing a full investigation of this case.
Sure, the internet connection is fine, but the customer service is terrible and their billing system is deceptive, at best, illegal and an act of theft, at worst.

Internet seems to be down more than it is up, as well as that, support seems to not respond or leave us on hold for as long as possible, and when they do, the agent speaks in a very condescending way and acts as if the customer is a burden. Never have I seen such a god awful company in my life.

the connection and speed are not always stable.
This was actually the only choice we had back then when we first moved into our new apartment, because this apartment only provided vdsl for it's resident. (What is that???) So we had to sign a contract with Fuzenet, and the price was acceptable but definitely not good. The worse thing is the connection is unstable and we experienced no connection and very slow speed.
We cannot change to NBN now because we are locked in a 2 year contract. sigh.

Atrocious terms and conditions after moving out
I was migrated from ActiveUtilities where things were fine, but got migrated to these guys and silently migrated to a new 12 month contract. Upon moving out, little did I know that there was a 2 month additional term before the account was closed.
