We built with GJ Gardner Gold Coast back in 2016. They were great, nothing was too much of a hassle and they did a good build. We built in the Huntington Rise Estate, Maudsland.

That is awesome to hear. Do you know if they do Stumps? Had massive problems with a block of land so now looking at different options, but really do not want to change builder.

Wouldn’t waste your time we had multiple problems with GJ and the lady who said she was the office manager of their offices in the nsw head office. She was not helpful at all and made the situation worse. Try a real builder.

Though isn’t this an illegal thing to do Mr Kimmorely? Writing a fake review and posting it? Could Product Review perhaps help answer this? It does make me question and I’m sure others how many reviews you may have done here on behalf of your business.

My wife and myself have recently engaged GJ Gardners to build a home for us in Burrum Hds Qld. Our experience has been a positive experience with information and draft plans being provided from sales staff to colour selection.

During the build period, the building supervisor was great to deal with and responded to any question we had during this period. The project from turning the ground to completion was a very smooth process from our perspective.

we would recommend the GJ Gardner Hervey bay to anyone.

Thank you. I wonder whether it matters what location and what supervisor and tradesmen they employ. We are wanting to build in Bundaberg. The closest office is Hervey Bay.

We recently built with GJ Gardner Hervey Bay.
It was our first time to have a home built and we were expecting a rather stressful experience.
However this was not the case, everything went very smoothly from beginning to end.,
All staff including salesman, colour selection lady, build supervisor and management were very efficient.
The house was completed very quickly due to the good coordination of the contractors with a very satisfactory standard of work
We are delighted with our GJ Gardner home and would highly recommend them to anyone considering building in the area.

Our family just finished building with GJ Gardner Hervey Bay. This was our first time building and had no idea what the process would be like. I’m so proud to report that the whole process was effortless. We had GJ Gardner local staff work with us from day one right up to handover. It was a pleasure to work with such highly skilled staff and tradesmen who did quality work. The only small criticism I would make is around the painters finishing touches but besides that perfection. Thank you Col, Jodie, Lewis, Josh, Michelle and the team for our beautiful home - we are truly blessed.

Make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing.. best advice I can give you on this franchise. One excuse after another... never accepted responsibility for their mistakes. No communication whatsoever, even when you email/phone them and tell them there's a major mistake made... a very stressful time. Our Supervisor Lewis was never contactable, (apparently had a lot of builds on the same time our house was being built) and we had hardly any communication from him. Even when we would email him with a question or letting him know there was a mistake (and there were a few) he never responded to our emails. Inspections.... what Inspections..... that never happened, these are suppose to happen at every end stage of the build (before payment). I could write on and on about this.... but I would fill a couple of pages. I would definitely NOT recommend to anyone that would listen...

We are experiencing huge problems with leaking windows in our new GJ Gardner house (A&L Windows). Problem after problem. A&L Windows provide absolutely aweful after care support - no assistance what’s so ever. Poor window design for our home, water pools and leaks internally. A&L Windows are providing no assistance at all. Phone calls, emails not returned. My only recommendation would be to work with local suppliers (who you can deal with face to face) when building. My experience with A&L Windows has been just terrible.

Hi Mate, You Should Go Into IT With Your Eyes Open When You Get The Final Plan Study It, If You Don,t Understand It Go To Someone Who Does, Wright Down Your Extra,s Take Photos Of Bricks, Tiles Everything You Pick For Your House Because A Lot Can Get Lost In Translation. Don,t Rush With Anything, Me And My Partner Always Seemed To Be Pressed For Time, As For Who Should Build It Thats Up To You, I Would Use A Builder With A Good Reputation At The End Of The Day We Are Trusting Someone Else With The Biggest Investment Of Our Lives........Phil.......

I'm keen to get a bit of feedback also on North Bris builders. I have a plan I like, but can't really find reviews for the area. Cheers
