Warren was excellent: he immediately diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem (new power supply needed) which a competitor was unable to do, even after we suggested to them that that was probably the problem.

I have used Geekmobile several times, and without doubt have always found your technicians very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. On a previous occasion, when I got a virus and as I live in a country area your technicians weren't able to attend my address but put my in touch with one of their colleagues who was able to assist me remotely.
