Trying to start the car after a concert, I found the battery was dead. My own roadside assistance refused to help (their records have since been corrected!) I googled "Roadside Assistance" and found GotU. The app was easy to use. Payment was also easy to arrange. The mechanic called to confirm our whereabouts, then I sat patiently watching the tracker, which also counted down the ETA. The mechanic was friendly and efficient. We were on the road home, within minutes of his arrival. I would definitely recommend this service.
