I booked my tours at nika and she was wonderful. Such a nice person! I booked a waterfall-tour in cairns, the whitsundays, Fraser Island and magnetic island at her and I am so excited because everything was great. I would recommend everyone to go to Nika at greyhound in cairns!❤️

I came into the store in Byron Bay to get some information on some tours and the staff were so helpful, funny and friendly. They told me about everything I could do going up the East Coast. I was impressed with the amount I could do at such a low price, they told me it was because they owned the Greyhound Bus they can discount everything and save me a bit of money while I'm in Australia. Which was helpful because Aus is so expensive! The best thing is the tours were still high quality and I've had the time of my life! Would highly recommend to any backpackers wanted to save a bit of $$$ and still have an amazing Australian experience.

We have booked 3 tours by Greyhound in Cairns. Also a bus pass for our backpack trip. The sales manager is a nice girl. Contact with her by mail of phone is good. Get quick reaction from her about our questions. We get a lot of information by Greyhound. The manager understood our wishes. Traveling by bus is very easy.

My sister and her boyfriend came over for a holiday and we just had 2.5 weeks time to travel and see as much as possible ! The GWT staff went above and beyond to fit all amazing ‘must do’s ‘ into our tight plan ! Everything was well organised and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We always had a person to contact for questions or any changes we may had.
This was my second time traveling the East Coast with this company and would do it all over again :)

Less than 24 hours before myself and 2 friends were due to begin our Oz experience with Greyhound we discovered that in fact we weren’t actually booked on or into any accommodation. We went to the store and explained this to a very friendly guy Dom. We explained what we had been told by our travel agent, and then Dom explained what we in actual fact needed to do and that what we thought we had planned wouldn’t actually be possible. He sat with us and took time to explain what would work best for us and with the limited time we had, he even booked our accommodation and confirmed everything al we didn’t have to do it ourselves Without Dom our trip wouldn’t have happened at all and for his patience and experience I am so grateful.
