Easy set up, easy to lodge claims and fast refunds, will not go with a different pet insurance company. Customer service is always fast and they will resolve any issues promptly.

Easy claim experience

Very easy claiming experience after my puppy was attacked by another dog. Customer support staff were easy to deal with and my vet was able to submit the claim directly on my behalf. The benefit was also paid quickly, which was a huge help given the overall cost of the surgery!

I found it easy and very polite totally informed and happy to deal with guide dogs the policy l choose was right for my dog l was with guide dogs for a while but forgot to give my new card details so it was great they contacted me

Never had pet Insurance before, Guide Dogs Insurance is good value and claims are really easy. The policy was easy to set and claims are remitted very quickly, couldn't be happier.

What you cover is great but just don't understand why my policy didn't start when I picked up my pup on a Saturday waiting till Monday midnight doesn't make sense. However what you cover is fantastic.

I have only set up my policy within the last few days so have not used it as such. After spending the previous day giving myself a headache trying to compare policies online, I had decided to go with another insurer. However, after receiving a call from Andrew your representative he helped me by pointing out some major benefits that were not offered with the other company. He answered all of my questions and I am now fully confident that I have the best policy to suit our requirements. I am very glad that he rang.

I was about to hit submit when I received an uneccesary and annoying call from your representative (10 minutes after obtaining the online quote) . The polite hard sell is bad.

It's the only sensible choice for my dog.

The policy is the most appealing to me on the market.
I tried to set it up on the website three times no luck. I couldn't finalise the quote. I then called the call centre to get the required results.
This is my first time I've ever insured my dog. So 2 days with the company.

(1) Having an issue with loading the Vets files onto the web, have issued a request 3 times now for IT to look at the problem, I sent screen shots, not resolved.
(2) Last claim which was issued, the Assessors didn’t let me or the Vet know there was more information required. 2 phone calls to receive this answer. Phoned Vet for follow up, apparently additional information was sent last Friday, let’s see when I get paid?
