I felt the policy is affordable and good value. There are different levels of cover to suit all budgets and easy to compare the different cover levels. They also have cover for pets over 9.

Just setting up new insurance for our puppy 2 people I spoke to were very nice clear and not too pushy compared with other companies who were more aggressive in approach. I looked online first within 20 min I had a call, that was annoying initially but good at the same time. Cover is comprehensive and seemed to tick all the boxes we needed.

I have just taken out the policy, and I'm happy with the price, at the same time some of my premiums go to the Guide Dogs. The consultant was excellent.

Policy is great value but the communication from the support centre was poor and no updates on my claim were provided and the system was constantly down when calling for updates

New customer great so far. Easy to claim on line and payment reimbursed within 2-3 business days. Only constructive feedback is when uploading documents they need to be under a certain size limit which can cause customer to split their document in two to be able to submit it. Another constructive feedback is the web page times out too quick when submitting claims. Overall, excellent and straight forward.

Always recommend Guide Dog pet insurance to others when talking about their pets. Recently made a claim and found it to be quick and easily sorted. The Policy has great coverage and I love working with Guide Dogs in all areas not just insurance..

The policy was great value and l have not made a claim as yet and l have been with the company for about three weeks and when l spoke to the representative they where great

The first claim I made for a eye ball laceration they knocked back saying in was an illness not accidental. I even had to get my vet to write a letter saying that it was an accident not injury. The PDS even said it was covered under Accidental Injury on page 29 and even then they knocked back a vet follow up visit. I have spent so much time and energy calling and emailing them, without full claim entitlements.
They outsource their claims department to overseas who do not understand and lack customer service skills.
I would go elsewhere.

A little pricey but offers accident and injury for dogs above the age of 9 years and seems to cover more than most. Have only just taken the insurance and it was easy to set up. No claim.

The lady I spoke to was great and very friendly and answered all of my questions and provided me the best information. I like how covered my boy is now.

Easy to set up online. Good value. Canstar rating internet reviews were helpful in my decision making. A follow up phone call answered my question. Hopefully I don’t need to use it.

The question regarding their service comes when you need to make a claim when my dog had a minor injury. They were prompt and eager to help and the process was so easy. The vet signed the forms and once approved, the vet got their money and the surgery was done with success.
