Hello, I have made several photobooks with you over the years, and I would like to know if you are able to retrieve a book I made in 2012, I would very much like to have 2 copies printed from it ???
I really hope you can do this for me as I want to give copies to family members.

I am trying to ask the question whether you can look up your records and find a photobook I made in 2012 as I am very anxious to make 2 duplicates to give to family. Well, they may well do it, but not in-house in Rothwell, Qld. They have to send them off to Sydney and it takes about a week to get them back. So I will look elsewhere, as the negatives are too precious to be sending around the country.

every time i go into harvey norman to print my photos it used to work very well for me but now im having absolute f..kin trouble with it, i tried printing from the kiosk by tapping g all sections and they say "0 photos detected" and then i try using my phone from the app and then it takes a long time loading and i am very bad at waiting for 1 hour. especially when i change stores. is it because of the new software or something?

I can't upload HEIC files. I upload IMG files no problem but when I select any HEIC files - they do not appear in the screen that show me the files I am trying to upload. Surely I don't have to convert all my HEIC photos just to get them onto the Photocentre site? Has anyone else encountered this problem previously? Thanks.

I've just spent hours setting up my book and pages with photos where I want them etc only to discover that borders and embellishments have disappeared. Very disappointed. I have done 10+ books over the years and the result of this one is very plain. I won't be finishing it. I will try another company. Does anyone know of a company that does photo books?
every time I put a new photo the thing says very bad quality and it is really annoying dose it only like some types of photos or what and is there way to delete a photos with out getting rid of them all and restarting?
Yes easy done go back to home page and select delete all. start again you need to make some smaller to fit in otherwise it will ask you to resize. Good Luck thats whats i did you need go slowly and look at all the options for pics available little confusing when i did to its not the easiest to use
There is a delete button on the right side of the screen. Some photo's are of poor resolution which makes them unsuitable to enlarge. Keeping them small and enlarging your better quality ones makes for an interesting page.
Is there any proposal to re-add the ability to add photo boarders and embellishments to photo books? I purchased a voucher for a 12x16 60 page photo book to create a book for my youngest child. My 2 older girls have photo books purchased through Harvey Norman Photo Centre before the changes to the site and without the embellishments this one is going to look so plain.
I too have made many photobooks over the years and am now very disappointed with the removal of boarders and embellishments. I know the content is the most important thing, but will have to find another product as this one is just not up to scratch any more. Sad.
