Having trouble uploading photos to my photobook project. The photos seem to be uploading, but the blue line under them doesn't disappear afterwards, and the button on the bottom right corner to add to project is greyed out?! Help, cannot add photos to my project. So frustrating!
I am making an 80 page photo album and want to change the order of the pages. You used to be able to do this in the old system. How do I change the order of the double pages?

Read more during the period 3 August to 5 August 2020 (today). Using the new system, I had managed to save photos on 59 pages of a 60 page photo book (working from about 20 July 2020 to Sunday 2 August 2020), but now I cannot add photos and save the last page (p. 60). Also, I cannot save a big photo on the front cover and a big photo on the back cover. The "save" function seems to have stopped working for me from about 3 August to 5 August. So frustrating. It seems that other people are having issues with saving projects as well.

Read more system", and everything saved as it should. HN does say not to use the Safari browser and, even though it seemed to work for me for the first 59 pages, it stopped working after that. So, definitely try a different browser. HN recommends Firefox, but Google Chrome worked fine for me.
switch to photobookshop.com in reservoir. they are local producers of a first class product in many different formats. their down loadable program works well. no issues.
How do i put 2 photos on a 6x4 print? Im trying to do it on the online app but its not giving me the option
I don't believe you can do that, however you can do that with a program on computer, or phone then add that to the Harvey photo sight
I do all my processing and editing on my computer before adding in into whatever software HARVEY NORMAN is providing at that time
With the new software, how do you adjust photos for clarity and brightness as was possible in the earlier version
From what I recall when I last visited the website, there was a window in which you could automatically improve the photo and make manual adjustments but limited. What I do is improve the photo before accessing the Photo Centre. Hope this helped.
Do Harvey Normans develope none digital film
I can't seem to upload my high resolution TIFF files anymore and it says the size must not exceed 20MB. I never used to have this problem, I am wanting a large canvas so I would prefer not to use JPEGs. Any advice? Thank you.
Wondering if anyone else has had the same issue - I have just logged into my account ready to order 12 x 100 page 8x11 hard cover photo books only to find they were deleted due to the closure of one of the production labs. I received no notice so I have now lost (as HN has advised they can not transfer the projects) all my projects, I have spent months and months on these not to mention the data usage to upload photos.
Has anyone had this issue ?
How can they just delete my projects with out nice?
they did send out a few emails about 2 weeks prior to shutting down the site to inform people. agreed very frustrating and I am finding the new site freezes often and does not have all the same featur...
Read morees as the old site. your photos will be on the new site uploaded but not the photobooks unfortunately.

When you open the new site up there should be a tab at the top that lets you log into the old site to retrieve your projects. Have you checked to see if your books are still there?
Trying to download my photos from photo centre to my laptop, each time after selection it says it is downloading but where are they going? I have done it several times and can not find where they are going.

I completed my photo book and tried to add it to the cart. Message showed saying unable to add to cart, try in a few seconds. Tried twice more, still could not add. Logged out and logged back in, opened my project, message showed "Your project has been initialised". I had 120 pages, and then only showed 46 pages, however no background, text or photos, as completed project. I have been logging in and out for over a week with no problem and have saved project constantly throughout completion. Project was also saved before adding to cart. It seems the problem happened when the project initialised. I thought I would leave it for a couple of hours, logged off, shut computer down and now I have signed in, opened project and project is only showing 20 pages, no photos, texted or background and message "Your project was initialised". Has anyone else had this problem. I cannot believe after all this work, my project is gone
