Terrible company
They are just awful. So unhelpful, I'm thinking of selling just so I don't need to deal with them. No ability to pay bills online they are so far behind on the technology front. The staff are aggressive when you call and they want to charge you extra for every little thing they do (e.g. providing a copy of insurance certificate or building bylaws all of which should be online for owners to download).
Purposefully Difficult
Every experience with Harvie Strata has been unnecessarily difficult and almost all communication from the management is rude and disrespectful.
They behave with such an arrogance and annoyance at having to do the most basic tasks, that it blows my mind that the company is able to survive at all. Everyone that I have spoken to about them only has terrible things to say and the consistency in awful service is almost impressive.
I've also noticed that they recently had a number of low Google reviews removed. Therefore, however low the satisfaction score you see is, the reality is actually even worse. The industry seems ripe for disruption and whoever owns this company should be concerned at how it's run.
Such bad service like I'm an imposition to their day
I've just moved in to a block of flats managed by Harvie Strata and to date I am so so disappointed. When I called to say they had send me an invoice for strata fees claiming they were overdue by $963, I was treated with absolute contempt like I was an nuisance. This was all completed at settlement by my solicitor. The woman who took the call told me to sort it out and promptly hung up! I have emailed through a water mould problem which was sent 4 working days ago and to date have had no response. Don't know what to say :(Harvie strata is a headache
They are disrespectful and their conduct is not fair. They ask for bond removal 48hrs in advance of a move date but they hold it for how long they want, without proving a timely refund.
They also you to pay things in cash but they don’t give that option for refunds.

Worst ever experience
Impudent, arrogant, obstructive and passive aggressive. Impossible to deal with, most unhelpful. I would never ever want to deal with this company again but unfortunately they manage the apartment block I reside in. They have a cheek to charge for the negative service they offer. 0/10 would be a true score for their service.

Willfully backward
Staff - haughty.
Required a moving in bond which was only payable in person at their premises by cheque. Lunchtime for the staff is mounted on a plaque at reception, in case you wanted to use your own lunchtime to deliver said cheque.
Promises of work orders that never materialise.
Experience counts.
I have had my appartment looked after by Harvie Strata for over 40 years. They are professional and reliable, meeting realistic outcomes and timelines 95%. No, not 100%, time limits and resources means no one is perfect!
Easy to deal with.
My personal experience with the Harvie team has been great... whilst to the point, they do get things done pretty quickly even when they have to first get permission from our committee..
Compliance satisfaction
Since taking over our books 6 months ago, I am very happy with harvie strata, we are well on our way to being compliant with our asbestos report and completed window locks. Highly recommended

I find that all of the ladies I deal with at Harvies to be very friendly and helpful. Our building was totally compliant with the law changes well before the due dates. They are straight to the point and get things done!
BLACK MOULD KILLING ME, I NEED HELP!
What is the advantage of having a Strata Manager, if when a person needs HELP & advice of what is going on with the delay in fixing this mould problem, which was not of my doing or should not have to be my problem.
You should be taking care of this and informing me of the on going progress ... I need this cleaned up now before the end of the week ending 22nd June ... What are you there for if you will not give me a solution to this on going mould health problem.

Isn't it why we pay big levy fees to have problems/maintenance taken care of by you, what about paying $33,000.00 in 2015 with no benefit to me what so ever, still have two broken window sashes one for over 10 years in the main bedroom so cannot open these windows, and this is the same bedroom with the mould problem, how would you like to live like this and be treated this way by you! Management and rude very never reply email
Management very bad and rude never reply email. They just want your money. That's not fair. Really disappointed for there management.
Worst strata agents ever
On a personal level I have felt that these are the worst agents I have ever encountered. Very difficult to get hold of during office hours, always seems to be unavailable and if you are unlucky enough to Speak to them you wish you hadn't. Amazed these people are still in business.
Terrible staff, rude arrogant, manager never there
Possibly the worst strata manager i have ever encountered, never seems to be in the office before 10.30am and then whenever you call she is 'out' or 'unavailable'. The rest of the staff are rude and unresponsive.
Do not sign up with them under any circumstances and if you do have your building managed by them i would immediately look for an alternative.
