Are you sure the water container has been installed/pushed into the compartment correctly? It shouldn't keep running unless it's not installed properly. Take the whole water container out, then replace it and try again.

It's plumbed in will that make a difference

Hi did you work this out? The sound worked on mine when I first installed a month ago. Now only the red light flashes.

just got mine delivered today. Saw the delivery guy press the alarm display square. I just figured out that the display above the water dispenser on the left door is not just a pretty led info display but if you push any of the squares hard enough (e.g. super freeze), it turns it on. Hope this helps.

Up the top underside you will see a white slider, and a lock icon on the black temperature screen.

Thank you both we got our first French Door in April the 3 replacements have all had heating and freezing issues and have lost food each time. Claimed back from Hisense but was unable to get all replaced. We are now looking at 4th replacement love the design but now I know this Temperature issue is a proble They told us they had never heard of it!

I just got one today and it is noisy and like you, when u open freeza door it stops- what is the solution?

We called the company and they sent a new one. First one the delivery drivers damaged. Second one sounded like an airoplane. Third one works great

Kristy we are having the same issue. Delivered today and sounds like when you're sitting in an airplane in Bolivia at idle and the air con is on. Also, the freezer door opens, noise stops. The freezer is icing up and the fridge is not cold enough.

Hi Rick. I'm pleased to say it settled down. It took a very long time for the fridge to get cold where as the freezer didn't take long at all. I woke up the next morning and freaked out because I didn't hear anything. Every thing was fine. Fridge was cold freezer wall good. The noise does still come on especially if the freezer has been opened but I find I am used to it now so I don't notice it. It's only a couple of minutes then goes off again. I hope yours settles down soon

Call the repair centre on 1800447367 and get an agent to come and check it out
You have 3 year warranrty so they will address it straight away it should be quiet in operation

Hi Jenny, first make sure the rubber cylinder shaped seal is correctly fitted into the hole where the dispenser fits into (sometimes this can come out or be pushed out of shape when fitting the dispenser bottle back into the fridge). Also make sure not to push down too hard on the water refill container when you replace it back into position, and avoid pressing down on the top of the lid. If you can find the perfect position for the water reservoir to sit (without water dripping out of the dispenser) I would advise to leave it there and refill the container while still attached to the fridge door - DO NOT remove it each time to fill it up. Also check under the LED screen near the dispenser flap, that the white switch is all the way to the left position to increase water flow. The problem is definitely a design fault and if you cannot correct it then you will need to report it under warranty.

I've just checked mine and they come on every time I open the freezer draw. It sounds like you have a fault in yours as I can't see any switch or control for the light. Ray

I haven't had a problem with my water dispenser. I think you need to call them and ask if there is a solution or do you need a service call. Sorry I can't be of any help.

Hi, have you removed the tape from the switch underneath the display screen? If you slide the small switch (located to the left of the dispenser tounge) to the left, it will increase the water flow from your dispenser.

mine is set at -18 for the freezer and 5c for the fridge, ive only ever had cold water, no problems

I've just checked mine and its not warm at all. It didn't take long for my fridge to cool down and the water to get cold.

No we haven't had any problems and our fridge is set to 3 degrees

Yes, items in the snack tray freeze. I have been told the problem is with the air flow direction cover. Mine was unable to be repaired after three service callouts and have been promised a replacement fridge (still waiting!). By the way, the problem occurred when the fridge was less than 4 months old. In European models, there is (apparently) a separate temperature dial for this tray.

no,no plumbing necessary.its a 4litre water container.fill it with your own water.

hi,still no problems. its very quiet,keeps water cold,plus lots of room for kids pics and awards. i got extra 3yrs warranty plus 2yrs that come with fridge.for us its a win win. we paid $1600 for fridge and warranty. hubby likes to haggle,lol. not sure how much it is now

Hi Marie, mine doesn't have any scratches,yet.my kids are magnet crazy,so it won't be long.lol.its very quiet,which is surprising.its very faint when the compressor comes on.for the price I paid,the brand I'm very happy.
