Mark Chapman helped me at the start, Andrew with the finance and Cora and Jed have been incredible from there. They were even happy to answer the hard questions and address the moment that I felt a bit unsure. I would definitely recommend Homebuyers to all friends

Workman ship is to a high standard and contact is very easy to make with Cora email and phone. Jed has explained all aspects and timeline of the build and happy to answer questions honestly and even provided contact details for trades needed after the home is completed

I have had the best experience with homebuyers centre. Everyone I have dealt with has provided excellent customer service. From Blake who provided constant support through out this process to Andrew the broker I was assigned through resolve finance who explained everything so well and kept me up to date with my progress. And everyone in between,everyone I dealt with was supportive, informative and just a pleasure to deal with. I have felt supported throughout the whole process and highly recommend homebuyers centre. In fact I have already recommended them to anyone I know looking to build their first home. They have made what can be a stressful process simple and I couldn't be more impressed.

Jai at homebuyers was extremely helpful and informative. He was patient and had great ideas. Always willing to assist whenever I had questions. He went above and beyond for me and I feel completely comfortable with him. Pre start was awesome with Rebecca having great knowledge of products. Cant wait for the build to start.

Homebuyers has accommodated every need I have had from what area I want to build in, what size house I want and my finances. So far we are very well under budget and looks like we will stay on track.

Louise Napier at resolve was very knowledgeable and able to explain how my finances would work in a way that was easy to understand. Louise also helped secure a great mortgage rate.

Sinead Burke was also amazing at the little photoshoot we had, very kind, and didn't force me to do a happy little jump in the air.

My prestart was made very easy with preconstruction manager Althea Brennan. She was very knowledgeable friendly and helped making my selections a breeze she gave me suggestions I would not of thought of. I have recently started construction with Homebuyers Centre and cannot be happier with everything to date. For years I was told I couldnt afford to buy my own home and it wasnt until I was shown some affordable narrow lots, with rather innovative designs that I decided to see what my options were. Everyone involved (Joel, Roger, Dillion & Jo) made the entire pre-construction process happen without any issues and I had to kick myself as I was told the home was commencing construction! From there, Cora has been updating me every step of the way and I look forward to moving into my own home!

I built with Homebuyers Centre over 10 years ago - Being a young 24-year-old, the thought of owning your own home was a little daunting. Looking back, the entire process and quality of my home was faultless and any buyers remorse very quickly turned into excitement! The entire process was incredibly easy and there was support through the entire journey, from finding the right lot and design that suited my limited budget, to the home being built and handed over. I would recommend Homebuyers Centre to anybody wanting to build their own home and have since referred other family members, who have had similar experiences. A great company to have built with!

I am currently at lock up stage of the house build and I have been extremely happy so far. I went into pre-start with a lot of questions and ideas and I cant thank Althea enough for all of her help and advice. Its extremely hard to pick and decide on colours etc when its your first house so it was amazing that she could share all her knowledge with me. She gave me tips on moving things and explained why it would be better. I cant wait for it all to come together and to move in. So thank you again Althea for all your hard work!

We are mid-build, and things are going amazingly so far. Prior to starting, Blake Garvey and the team were super helpful and went out of his way, and was so accommodating of our schedule. He made it really easy to meet and get all the plans finalised. We would highly recommend Blake to anyone looking to build with Homebuyers Centre. He's super friendly and just very good at what he does.

We have appreciated the value of the Homebuyers Team throughout our building journey. From our Sales Consultant Damien who adapted our design with our specific needs in mind, through to Preconstruction Coordinator Jo who understood our vision and Client Liaison Cora who has kept us updated and quickly answered any questions, and our outstanding team of builders, all have had an amazing eye to detail, ensuring our finished home would be everything we could wish for. From small details like adding children's names to plans on their rooms so they could be engaged and excited; to checking the quality of finishes throughout, everything has been supported and smooth and we can't wait to move not into our house, but our home!

Doing pre selection online was great and more fun with my children helping me do it. I thought I was doing well with my selections and colours until the day I met Althea on my pre start meeting. She really knows her work very well. She helps me put my house together and im so grateful for everything she did for me. My house looks amazing on the screen and cant wait to see it build. Moreover, I cant thanks the homebuyers :) excellent teams enough for the amazing jobs theyre doing, you are all star in your own professional jobs and that what makes the whole experience so easy for us. Keeps coaching me to own my first home.

My home is still under construction, just having the finishing touches. I am so impressed with the quality of work and efficiency of the both the building and relationship teams. Zoe is my consultant and is always friendly and happy when responds quickly to my many questions and changes. Every request was taken seriously and she scheduled management meetings immediately.
My site supervisor, Brenton, is super helpful and knowledgeable and makes sure all work is completed to a high standard. Any issues are quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Even my new neighbors have also been impressed with the professionalism of the crews building my home.

I would just like to say a massive thankyou to Jon, for showing me my exciting finished home! He explained all parts of the house Inside and out so I could easily understand what is what, you were very friendly yet professional! The house looked amazing even more so then I was picturing it would be. The quality was perfect also. The whole process of dealing with home buyers was amazing, they kept me in the loop with every step, they made me feel at ease knowing I could easily call or email them with anything I was unsure of. I can't recommend home buyers enough! They have done an amazing job with my home!
