We came across Chris at Hotels.com.au through a friend and have been overwhelmed by the effort that Chris and the team go through to make sure you have a fantastic trip with attention to detail that you never thought of! The trip of a lifetime
We can't thank Joe and the crew at Hotels.com.au enough. From the planning stage through to the trip, they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Little gems like the catacomb tour in Rome, to a sand safari adventure in Dubai. We've got great memories to share for a lifetime. We will be using them again real soon!

Exceptional Service & Advice - makes planning a holiday a breeze!
I contacted hotels.com.au after a friend recommended Chris & Joe. I was planning a holiday to Canada on my own and was unsure of where to start. I contacted Joe, advised him of a rough itinerary and budget. In no time Joe had drafted an itinerary with lots of options for me to look at. Dedicated to organising a stress free Honeymoon for us, service and knowledge cannot be faulted.
Joe was recommended to us by a friend and work colleague of my husbands. We had been looking for a travel agent to help us plan and book our Honeymoon to Italy, Ireland and London. After calling Chris to arrange our honeymoon to the Maldives we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. As with all of our trips and I assume yours too, we rely heavily on the knowledge and experience of our travel advisors, we hope they've been there, we hope they speak from experience and mostly we hope that our view of our level of quality is the same as as theirs. When all this aligns then the outcome is sensational, as it is with Chris and his team. As a photographer the scenery was nothing short of picture perfect. The resort he chose and the all-inclusive package deal was nothing short of amazing, we had a great time and love how easy it was to arrange all this with you guys, thanks Chris, keep it up!!!!
