Not worth buying.
The worst problem so far is the camera. The main camera is no longer accessible after less than a week's usage. It hasn't been dropped. It simply failed. Even a complete reset did not fix it. The camera controls are also clumsy to use - the image adjustment menu covers the whole view, making it impossible to check results without exiting adjustments altogether. There is no night mode. Exposure control is difficult, as manual control seems to fight auto exposure . You cannot disable auto focus, an annoyance common to many ph...Read more
one cameras. There seems to be a lack of useful options in several other apps. Battery life is very bad - less than a day. The screen is a comfortable size. It does 4G. In general, poor compared to my Samsung phone, even though the latter cost $30 less and gad a smaller screen.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

This model is a lemon!
I have owned several Huawei phones and have always been very happy with them. They performed very well and were very well priced. Then I made my big mistake of buying a Y560 for my wife and myself. My wife has had nothing but problems with her phone continually shutting down/rebooting and the battery discharging rapidly. Mine also discharges rapidly but doesn't shut down.reboot like my wife's phone. Huwaei's customer "service" has been the worst I have ever encountered in relation to this issue and the repairs they supposedly did to my wife's phone were non-existent. I could not recommend this model phone to anyone at any price. It is rubbish. Be aware of Huawei's contempt for its customers otherwise you will get badly burned by them.

Surprising features make Y560 a great phone
Great phone, great size thats pocket friendly, lightweight without $$$ price. Huawei phones just get better with each new model. Y560 features a task optimiser, intelligent camera, clever multifocal settings, downloadable themes, 4.5" screen, 8gb ram, battery saver, app network access to control costs. Y560 a good choice, very happy.

When I add a page to my homescreen, it puts a little icon in the right bottom corner of the big icon, showing the chrome logo, or where ever I'm adding it from, if that makes sense. How do I remove that small icon? It's annoying and ruins the "look" of my screen. Thanks in advance.

I had a similar problem with my phone. In the end I gave up. The phone is a piece of junk. I have given it away and replaced it with a refurbished Samsung S7. No more problems
Don't blame ya! I had a Samsung s5 before this, that met an unfortunate end, and it was the best phone I've ever had. Would of bought another if I could of found one. This phone has/does so many stupid unnecessary issues.
