I ordered the Henry Cot. I was a bit apprehensive as the reviews here didn’t seem great but my cot arrived in 2 days (and I live in rural NSW) and during a pandemic I might add! And it was absolutely perfect! Easy to put together. It is so beautiful. Things have been a bit stressful lately and the cot just makes me so happy.

Incorrect/misleading colour stated in cot description. BEWARE.
Purchased the IVY COT - NICKEL from their online store. Product quality is fine but the advertised finish is misleading. The item is sold as a "nickel" finish when in fact it is produced in a "black nickel finish". The parts in the box even state "black nickel" so it boggles my mind why they don't advertise it as such. Anyone experienced with fittings or furnishing should clearly know the difference between nickel and black nickel is substantial.

Short point: if the product is black nickel, it should be advertised as such. Very disappointing outcome which could have been avoided by advertising their products correctly.

Unhappy with the quality
I wish that I had read reviews before I purchased the Georgia cot.
The quality is below average considering i paid over $1,000 (with mattress).
First, I waited over 10 weeks for it to be delivered!! And when I got it out of the box it was covered in marks and scratches. The blacks marks couldn’t be removed either.
I emailed customer care and provided photos. I was told to send the cot back or I could be refunded $75 dollars!
I had my heart set on the cot and planned my nursery around it so as disappointed as I was I was not going to send it back.
$75 is pitiful given how much I paid to begin with. I also had to send multiple emails following up on my refund.
I will NOT purchase from Incy interiors ever again!!

Disappointing
I placed my order in August for delivery around the 30th of September. It is currently the 18th of December and I am still waiting for my order to be dispatched from the warehouse. The cot had apparently arrived on the 15th of October however there was no communication that my order would not be dispatched as I ordered the cot and change table. I was told that the WHOLE order of Change tables they received were damaged. And Incy would not dispatch part orders. I will NEVER be recommending this store to anyone!

By far my worst online shopping experience
1. Delivered the wrong bunk bed after a very long wait, did not provide any updates.
2. We were told the courier was arriving at a certain time and needed to be home to facilitate the pickup, courier never arrived and we were never informed that the pickup was cancelled.
3. Took two weeks for the correct bunk to arrive (I live in a major city).
4. Correct bunk finally arrived with scratches and one wrong part which we are still waiting for a response as to how they are going to rectify the problem. We have been waiting for a response for 5 day...Read more

Not worth the wait!!
I purchased sides to convert my cot into a toddler bed in June. The website stated it would be shipped after July 15th. After getting in contact with the customer service team I was advised they failed to update their website and I wouldn’t receive my order which I paid in full for until the 15th of August. After many emails I had to send to keep on top of the process I was informed I would receive my order the first week of September. Not once was an apology issued for the inconvenience. I had to email to get my tracking number.
Extremely poor service. I would not recommend to anyone. You can get better products at a cheaper price elsewhere. Please do your research prior to ordering. I wish I did.

I ordered my cot in June and have now been informed it will not be here until September... after the baby is born. I do not know of any company which takes SO long to deliver. Absolutely PATHETIC. Do not recommend.

Poor Quality Products
After waiting 3 months the Estelle Desk had cracks on both sides and the bedside table had a crack on 1 side and the bottom drawer was jammed. I’m still waiting for a refund. It looks great on the website but don’t be fooled. The quality is terrible.

of this week 28th May, Tom advised me that I will receive my order by this Friday or latest Monday as the shipment was being unloaded as we spoke. Great products, terrible customer service.
Ordered the Teeny cot 3 years ago with no issues. This time ordering the Ellie cot has been a nightmare! Ordered and paid in full on 6th January and after numerous emails am still waiting, and have been told due to an error it won’t be shipped until ‘late April’. Meaning I might not have it delivered until May..4 months after ordering!! Love their products, do not love their system. Would not recommend.

Beyond Disappointed
Purchased the Maxwell Basinett. I love my new bed so much!! My Louis bed is of the highest quality and was especially easy to put together. Delivery of the bed was very efficient, it arrived a week earlier than expected. I highly recommend Incy Interiors and will be buying an Ivy cot for my daughters nursery in a few months.

I’m really happy with purchase I made with incy. Firstly, I’m so glad I was able to speak to one of the friendly team members before I even made my purchase. They went above and beyond to help me with all the many enquires I had being my first cot purchase! My mind was really put at ease and I was kept up to date with all of the updates on the purchase of my Ivy cot. From previous reviews I thought I might be waiting a little longer than expected for my order but was pleasantly surprised when everything all arrived well within the timeframe quoted at my purchase. Secondly I just love the cot so much! It sounds really crazy to love a cot as much as I do but it is just so beautiful in person!

Beautiful products - 5 stars all around
I thought I would write this after reading some of the issues people have been having with delivery. I called and spoke with a lovely lady in the Chatswood store about my concerns with delivery and she explained that items sold out and went onto pre ordered from the incoming shipments. Sometimes shipments were sold out two or three in advance which was why there was sometimes an 8 week wait. I pre ordered my Ellie cot and delivery was 2 weeks away. I received my cot almost exactly 2 weeks later. It is my absolute favorite purchase I have made for my nursery. My husband had it built in no time and I cant help but smile every time I see it.

I have brought several items from Incy over the years and I am in love with them. Everyone who comes to my house always comments on how lovely the items are and where I have purchased them from. Big fail
Waited 2 months for my bed. When it arrived no screws or hardware to assemble it. Rang the 1300 number provided “If there are missing parts ...” - clearly this is a common issue - but only got the engaged signal. Rang Incy (the local supplier) - they were very polite but never heard back. I’m still sleeping on the floor

Still waiting 8 weeks later
I ordered an Innika Bed - Queen sized on 28/11/2018. It has now been 8 weeks since I placed my order. I have been told 3 times by customer service that my order would be dispatched the next day and I still have not received my order. I have been told that the company had issues with their warehouse and understand that some of the delays have been outside the company's control, but this has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences. I am moving interstate next week and did not think it unreasonable that I would have my bed by now.

I placed an order through a baby shop in South Morang in the first week of October 2018 for an Ellie Rose Gold Cot and the Estelle Change Table (a total of almost $1800) and have not received it yet. When I ordered it I was told it would arrive mid-December. That was now 6 weeks ago.
I have spoken to the company who have advised they cannot get in touch with you/when they do get in touch with you they are told the items will be there the following week, and do not arrive. This is getting beyond a joke. I have waited 4 months for these items ...Read more

Hi,
I have a "Clancy" cot which I purchased secondhand. When the cot is assembled with the base in level 2 (highest position) the base/mattress is rocking when baby rolls or any weight is in it. Can you please tell me how to rectify this issue? We have used the fixing flatbon each corner, is this incorrect?? If so, how does the base fit in when in level 2?
We are using the instructions for the "Ellie" cot as cannot source the "Clancy" - I assume they are the same just different colours?

We have just attempted to put together our Georgia cot and it seems that the dowels are too big/holes too small which means we cannot put on one whole side of the cot without forcing it and potentially breaking it. Has anyone else had this problem?? We are not sure what to do...
