I am happy and satisfied with the service. It's good to have warranty with the used car and it's very valuable. I am at ease knowing that my car will be fix and covered with the warranty.

Excellent, courteous and helpful service- prompt, efficient and friendly. My claim was processed quickly and was well communicated. Consistently, I found the whole process stress free and professional- no problems at all.

I have just made my first claim they were outstanding having it all processed and approved in less than 24 hours. They had also called my mechanic and got it all sorted aswell.

I had a transmission issue with my VW and it took me 10 days to get my repair quote approved. Now due the holiday season I can't get my car back by mid January.
I was really frustrated because of the delay but at the end my quote was approved so I'll get the car repaired.

The schedule has been written by very experienced mechanics who know what will fail and what won't. We have a Range Rover that cost $15K. We have spent $12K on repairs and so far nothing has been covered by Integrity. Save your money for the repairs.

mechanics need to use the correct words on list or they will not cover the part so be carefull make sure they look at the comprehensive covered components list and use the words that are writen on there

Integrity was really easy to contact and put forward a claim. All I did was tell them what was wrong, give them some details and they did the rest! Very happy with their work

Needed a compressor replaced, warranty quick to cover the cost. Definitely been worth the time and cost of warranty to save me over $1000 in the first week of owning the vehicle

The police is good value. It only took 24 hours for the claim to be processed and approved. Have had the insurance for more than a year now and had two claims both with a very smooth resolve.

Got the Integrity Warranty because I bought a Jeep (need I say more). Had an issue with an aircon compressor which then led onto the cooling system. The Integrity team didn't hesitate and made the process fairly easy to claim despite having two separate issues at the same time. Communications were all very friendly with reminders just to let me know I needed to get back to them with information. Really comfortable recommending Integrity for giving you some piece of mind.

Was not able to be provided with service history when purchasing my car, therefore, the dealer offered me integrity warranty for piece of mind. Unfortunately, have had to use twice in the first 6 months, however, both times have been extremely smooth process.

We recently had an issue with our power steering and had to make a claim on our extended warranty policy. The process couldn't have been easier. Communication from the Integrity team was excellent and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Set the policy up when I bought my car. When I had an issue, I called the support team, who told me exactly what to do. I sent the info they asked for, and later that day, they’d contacted my mechanic and it was all scheduled.

I have road side assist and the endurance warranty and had a radiator issue the other day. Roadside assistance were the most polite tow truck company I have ever dealt with and took the car to the warranty repairer and sent photos to show the car had been delivered safely without even being asked to. Once assessed, the claim for warranty was put through and approved the same day. Extremely quick turnaround and I never expected to have my repaired car back so quickly!

My car cooling system needs repair, and they cover most of my expenses.This saved me a lot of money. . They are large-scale companies, and there are many special maintenance service providers in Brisbane.

Ive had my warranty for almost a year, and I've had my radiator replaced, starter motor replaced, and steering rack replaced. These parts aren't cheap but with the amazing, professional customer service, and quick approvals within a few hours, my car is repaired cheaper and more efficiently. Definitely worth the money if you're buying a used car! You never know what problems you'll have and in the long run you end up saving more money.

8 months in take car to dealership for service and to check some things found out we have faulty torque converter dealership put claim through two days later booked in to be fixed the following week under warranty great service

I would like to provide great customer service feedback. I had a few problems with my vehicle, almost broke down however received a phone call from Integrity and was able to assist. Claims process was also fast and my mechanic was very happy as well. Customer service agents were very helpful and always called back to follow up. I would refer to others.
