Very fast claim approval
Very happy with claim service from Integrity. Had some repairs with my air cond on my Ford a Ranger and claim was approved in about 30 mins. Brett Warne, the claim consultant, was great. He made things so easy for me, he organised payment to dealer for repairs. This was also during the Xmas/new year break, so was not expecting it to happen so quickly. Fastest approval I've ever had from an warranty claim. So far, would thoroughly recommend integrity

Positive Response
I found the staff professional and happy to assist with my claim - even though it was Xmas week they understood my problem to get my car fixed asap - and cooperated fully to approve my claim and organise payment asap.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Integrity to friends and family.

Waste of money
I purchased my wife a car after an accident. I told her because it was an older second hand car, to get an extended warranty. When the car started to break down, the team at Integrity extended warranties sent me to Swan Hill mechanic. First visit he told me to purchase minor service parts and put them on myself. Second visit we asked him through Integrity to find the problem and also regas the air-conditioning. He charged my wife $330 not covered by the warranty. Got the car back. d start sweating it was hotter inside the car than outside in the 35/40 degree days we were going through. The mechanic also said he had no idea what was wrong with the car. Sold the car for $500 my wife is still paying for the warranty. Rip off. Also looked into what was covered. Not anything common in cars like a head reconditioning or anything.1 comment

very impressed, the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. Initially had trouble with the fax number so e mailed the quote> I rang the next day to make sure they had received it, within seconds was answered that they did have it and rang the next morning to say proceed with the repairs. Extremely happy

Pretty good.
Initially Integrity were sluggish. They didn't notify us they needed more details. After two days I phoned them and spoke to Tegan and they got moving. They let me know how things were progressing day by day and the claim was settled within a week. Great job.

Fantastic product and great customer service!
Claims department were great, handled our claim professionally and efficiently. After having an issue with our car, I contacted the claims department at Integrity. They requested an invoice for the cost of repairs and soon after sent the money for the repairs! Great service

Better than I expected
To be honest I thought I was going to be in for a spot of bother with my recent claim - but ALAS they came through so I'm very grateful. Plus the trouble wasn't their fault. Check your service book and the milage noted by those that do your Service and make sure that what ever warranty work you are having done is with a good mechanic and not someone that tells lies and changes their story.

Integrity Warranty definately has Integrity
While buying an older model 5 series BMW, 4 years old at the time, through a dealership I was concerned about the limited warranty from the dealership themselves.
However for a small cost I was given an Integrity Warranty that covered me for 5 years. I'm so glad I did because unfortunately just recently, a year and a half after buying the car, I had an issue with my air conditioning system.

A must for every motorist
Claims department were extremely helpful. Policy doesnt cover every part of the car but the essentials are covered. The staff at integrity warranty are very knowledgeable and the roadside assistance is a definite must have. Highly recommended.

Incredibly quick and reliable service.
My claim for car repairs and car hire was resolved within one week. The staff were very helpful explaining everything and all the calls were answered quickly. Very reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Extended Warranty
I have not had to make a claim thankfully but have had a positive experience to date. Have been very accommodating so far. Hopefully this service continues if ever needed.

Bit slow but gets the job done
Starter motor let out last week, mechanic put in the quote for new, after 5 calls and being told every time that I would hear back that afternoon about my claim, I finally got approved, but a second hand part. Not overly happy with that but if it fixes my car and i can go back to work and I have another 10 months left on warranty. So if buggers again they can replace it again.

Have been taken for an idiot by Motor Store Car Wholesaler ....
I have to admit that I have been taken for an idiot by being offered this useless 3 years extended warrantee. My VW Golf Mrk7 6 Speed manual has problems and the bonnet always had these issue with closing properly. This morning I was traveling and the bonnet opened at a gust of wind and was damaged.
When I bought the car I was told that I also have Road Side Assistance. At that time I called this company and was advised that I do have Roadside Assist and should I need to use it for me to call 1800 422 772.

A Joke of a Company
Such a scam out there to rip you off and never intend on paying money that you are entitled to. Bought a 2nd hand Car and 3 parts failed after a month of buying it. Because of 1 part that wasnt in warranty was deemed to have caused the other 2 parts to fail and the way the mechanic worded the report they refused to pay me anything despite the 2 parts that failed were covered by warranty. Never ever will choose this company again! Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Dont get they are very slow and do not cover what they say they will full of excuses
Broke down 4 hours away from home they havin covered motel car hire or parts they take 2 days to approve your warranty than dont cover the amount they should

Dont bother with this company
Purchased a secondhand vehicle with 110,000 km on the clock, I had taken out three year warranty and within six weeks of purchasing the car I had a diesel leak from the fuel delivery line.
Unfortunately the mechanic wrote on the report that it was a worn delivery line instead of failed delivery line, integrity will not honour the warranty because of incorrect wording from the mechanic.
I have emailed and phoned integrity on numerous occasions to discuss and resolve this matter but they will not stand by their warranty.

If you had of bothered to ring the mechanic like I reqested it may have been a difrent outcome, this matter has been referred to VCAT so they can make the final decision.

Scammers! Stay away!
The DPF in my diesel engine has failed within a few months of buying a second hand car. Integrity (ironic name) refuse to cover the cost because it could be associated with a leaking pipe or a filter and they don't cover pipes or filters because they are "serviceable parts", even though the DPF is not something that should ever wear out and need replacing. I tried to make a claim with them within 3 weeks of buying the car as it had warped disk rotors and all they could say was "we don't cover this because it's general wear and tear". ght the car I was told that Integrity would cover any type of mechanical failure which is absolutely false. The guy on the phone actually argued with my husband that a DPF failure isn't a mechanical fault! So basically if any part of your car has a failure that can be serviced they will not cover you for it simply because the failure was caused by a thing...anything. This company is a scam and you would be better off just saving your money in case of emergency, or you could just throw your money down the drain and save yourself the hassle with a company who's business model is obviously based on ripping people off.1 comment

It's a scam!
Warranty is worthless. Have had multiple issues with a second hand car purchased with a warranty from Integrity. The car has done less than 10000 kms since we bought it. They refuse any claims. They come up with excuses every time. Seems like they won't pay out on anything.

The worst experience ever
Had the car for 2 months and water hoses went in the car, 2000 to repair and they say that particular part was not under warranty. After 3 months called them to cancel the remainder of the warranty and was told not a problem, but it was many emails later and false hope and finally were told not approved even after we informed them that the car was in fact a lemon and is now not even driveable. So 5 years worth of warranty money down the drain... Do not waste your money...

Hi, I was recently offered the 5 year extended warranty and I am very interested. However, it says in the PDS that this is a 'Discretionary Risk Product', which means that Integrity has absolute discretion on whether to pay out a claim. In other words, Integrity can choose not to pay out a claim even if the claim is coverd by the warranty. If this is the case, what is your policy on the level of protection and assurance that a claim will be honored? As I said, I am very interested, but worried about this 'absolute discretion'. It has just finished its new car warranty with no issues, but for peace of mind.
However this sounds like a AWN or National style policy with a different name.
