ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY Would not recommend it to anyone
Purchased top of the range 2013 Audi A6 in May last year with only 55,000 km on the clock. For a piece of mind, I purchased with the car top of the range Absolute L3 extended warranty. Six months later, the car overheated. Audi advised that the water pump failed. The cost of the water pump ( $800) was covered by Integrity. d to Integrity, they wiped their hands off and rejected the claim. I am stuck now with the car that you cant drive as it overheats, $2K in car hire bill so far and $18K quote for the repairs, which I can not afford. Don't get fooled by the slogans " extended manufacturer’s market warranty" . If you have a real issue and real costs, unfortunately, they will always find a way to get out of paying for the repairs. Mishandled Claim - Will be reporting to BBB & FCC. Will also dispute. Make sure you have a magnifying glass while reading their contract!
Purchased car 3 months ago - starter motor gone!
Service every 10000 kms so we never have to deal with you should be their company name!

Thank you for the reply. Not sure why only 550 was qouted for the total bill. As you clearly marked my plan for ac problems being 750 including labour. Not sure if my window is fixed either.

Not worth!!!!
Not told car had to be serviced every 10,000ks. Manufacturing warranty states 15,000.
They won’t touch the car because it was serviced at 12,000ks instead of 10,000.
Car is now flagged and policy cancelled. Warranty cost was $1500 repair cost $2000.
Already contacted accc now onto consumer affairs...
Don’t waste your money on this terrible company!!!

After 1 week of having the car we had a problem. Not knowing if problem was covered under our warranty spoke to Brett Warne and he ensured us it was and quickly and promptly organised everything we needed to get car repaired. We are very happy and appreciative with the service he gave us.IT was the Alternator that we had replaced in a rav4. Thank you

Endurance Extended Warranty
Not happy, we brought a 2nd hand holden from a dealer, got the extended b warranty with the car, car needed repairs and they told us because we had gone 3,000 km over their service policy, the warranty was void, even though the service through holden was due and done at 165,000km,this scam of a company wants it to be done every 10,000kms, so beware, we are now thousands of dollars out of pocket. They are dodgy and have an excuse for everything.Do not use this company, and beware if you have a a,b,c warranty, read it properly...... And do not go by the manufacturers warranty as we did.

Used Car Warranty
Purchased a car from a dealership who uses this company for warranties. I lodged a claim and unfortunately it was mishandled by the company but to their credit in the end they did the right thing by me as a customer. The final outcome showed me that they seem to be serious about providing a decent level of customer service. I’d encourage the company to always be upfront and honest and ensure that when mistakes are made they look to remedy the situation rather than trying to work their way out of the situation. I’d be willing to give them another go at this stage.

True Customer Service does still exist
Thoroughly impressed with the professional manner in which our claim was dealt with. Jai King from Osborne Park Isuzu was the point of contact and we recommend you deal with Jai. We had a blown head gasket and were looking at a significant repair cost. Jai was understanding and knowledgeable in regards to our situation and resolved the claim for us with the assistance of Integrity. The end result being we had the outcome that we believed was due. All of the cover that was talked about at the time of purchasing our extended warranty was delivered with the help of Jai - who we dealt with initially. Thanks again for professional assistance Jai and to Integrity.

Water pump died
All they asked for was my service history and my last service was two months past the date it should have been done. They accepted my mechanics quote for the replacement the next day. Lady on the phone was nice about it all too.

Booked my Audi A5 in for a ruptured radiator coolant tank and the integrity wouldn't cover the part it was classed as a non mechanical item WHICH they will not cover. After writing this review they decided to cover the coolant tank as a good Will gesture

Fantastic service
Recently a claim was made for my vehicle due to engine issues and within a week the claims department had approved our request which is fantastic as it will allow us to use our vehicle again. The service and staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I find integrity car care easy to use and friendly.

Cheap dodgy with no care
Only source for 2nd hand parts, even if it has to be brought from NSW to Victoria. Me and my mechanic were sick and tired of their cheap, dodgy approach. Waiting for more than 2 weeks still nothing. They ignore the customer and the mechanics. But guess what, they're paying for it because they're trying the cheap way out but that didn't work. Still waiting for the parts and spoke to nearly 10 different ppl and still waiting. Never recommend this company to anyone.

INITIAL SITUATION
I bought a car two months ago from a dealer and I also got this extended warranty for 1 year, I was told it would cover ANY problem with the car during this period.

he car, they won’t help with anything. UPDATING Integrity Warranty got in touch with me, we discussed about my car’s problem and the claim was reanalysed successfully. They couldn’t cover the whole service but they did cover the maximum amount for engines problem referent to my warranty’s plan. It was satisfactory and I’m happy with the resolution. The warranty is as it reads
The warranty covers the items stated but does not cover everything, certainly not like a new car warranty however for the price, its good value. Certainly worth while having. I am happy I opted for the 5 year warranty. Communication is very good.

Waste of money, you definitely dont get what they sell you
This is a terrible product. You defiantly dont get what you are sold are the time of purchase. We were told all but consumables were covered. Made a claim for a power steering pump as per the mechanics recommendation to pull a new one in but integrity would only cover the cost for a second hand one. Integrity seem to go against the mechanics recommendation and we loose out. What you are sold is very misleading. Wouldnt recommended integrity at all!

Dont waste your time or money
My business is a car wholesaler, dealer, and i would have to recommend that anyone looking to buy an integrity extended warranty when they buy a car to not waste their money.
I have the unfortunate experience, of having provided a customer with the extended warranty on a vehicle, only for it to suffer engine failure, and then have integrity deny the claim, because in their opinion, it is a design flaw in the engine build, rather than just bad luck. the end result, customer either takes me to court, paints our business is a bad light, or the o...Read more

Hi, I was recently offered the 5 year extended warranty and I am very interested. However, it says in the PDS that this is a 'Discretionary Risk Product', which means that Integrity has absolute discretion on whether to pay out a claim. In other words, Integrity can choose not to pay out a claim even if the claim is coverd by the warranty. If this is the case, what is your policy on the level of protection and assurance that a claim will be honored? As I said, I am very interested, but worried about this 'absolute discretion'.
