The Worst
Purchased a 3yr extended warranty. 3 months in, my car was written off. I was hit by a car involved in a police pursuit. Rang the company who said that I would get fully refunded and just needed to supply the report from the insurance company stating the writeoff. I did this the following day. Every time I rang them I was told a different story- I had to wait 2 weeks before they would follow up, 2 weeks later they didn't have it, then they rejected it. If my car was financed, the refund would have been given to the finance company. No finance, no refund. This is not equal rights for consumers.

They will find any excuse not to honour their warranty. Not worth the money. Poor customer service
Dealer sold me as an extended factory warranty in May 2018. In September I called them as the vehicle had an electrical issue. There was only 1 repairer I could use, 45mins away. A quote was sent to them and I did not hear from them for 3 months until I called. I had to go back and get another quote. I waited, a year later they rejected the claim as the service was late. The problem was reported long before the service was due. This was not worth the purchase price and the customer service was terrible. A money grab.

Snail slow claim approval
Still waiting for my claim after 4 days, Whats the hold up? Been told it was in the final stages from the first day? Rang at least 20 times and every time the story is different, 4 hours later it will be done, will ring when complete? These are all facts Just approve! Our situation is dire 4 kids and at a motel running out of money and just want to get home! But it's okay they know this and are still showing no urgency to the point our dealership is thinking of changing warranty companies because of our issue Unbelievable will change review rating if they rectify this properly as 1.5/5 isn't a good average they need all the help they can get!

Good people..!!
They are good people, although often customers may find them critical in honouring their claims! A bit slow in settling the matters! Accordingly, some customers may not be very happy in dealing with them in regards of their claims! But, hopefully they will eventually be able to satisfy their customers needs! I also hope they will handle my claim matters a bit promptly and ultimately I will be happy too!

Poor service and over priced
Rejected to refund (even partially) the warranty amount on a car which got written-off few months after purchasing a 5-year warranty plan.
Not flexible. Haven't even offered a partial/minor refund out of courtesy.
Declined the only claim which was raised, not covered in the policy. Suprisingly these were the brake disc rotors, one of the most critical safety components in the car.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Really disgusting & disappointing behaviour by this lot.
On the 17/4/19, our payment was received by Cars & Co, Rozelle, for the ‘Accelerate’ 5 year policy activation. Cars & Co were acting really suspiciously at this time, after insisting that the payment be made directly to them. They sent me policy but I thought it prudent to ensure it’d actually been activated.
I called Integrity Car Care on three separate occasions, just to be sure the dealer paid & the policy was active. On every occasion, I’d be made to feel like an idiot for calling...Read more
. “Yes! Your policy is active!” So I can go get a quote for repairs? “Yes! Policy active at 5 years Absolute 3, Level 4! All good!” I placed those calls to Integrity between 18/4/19 & 15/7/19. On the last occasion that I called them (15/7/19),after confirming the policy was STILL current, they even agreed that I could take the car to Audi, for a quote. Awesome! That would’ve cost over $350 that Integrity promised to cover. Ten days later, they send me a letter ( thank God before I went to Audi) to tell me my policy was “cancelled due to non-payment. Please contact Cars & Co. I’m fairly certain that, at this stage, they very well knew that Cars & Co had done the bolt, after having been under active investigation for the last 6 months.Similar opinion? Inconsistent information in the market
We are in the market for a new or used car. After being burned by an extended warranty in the past, we did our research. We were told by the car dealer that Integrity Warranty would cover us and all services and any warranty claims could be done at our choice of mechanic. After calling the company direct they advised that this was incorrect- they have a network of preferred mechanics and depending on the issue, we would be sent to different mechanics for different issues. For example our closest preferred mechanic for general issues was an hours drive! We were also told that is a 2nd hand part was available that this would be used instead of new. Hope this helps save someone else some money and potential heartache like it did for us.

Questions & Answers
Terryasked
Hi, I was recently offered the 5 year extended warranty and I am very interested. However, it says in the PDS that this is a 'Discretionary Risk Product', which means that Integrity has absolute discretion on whether to pay out a claim. In other words, Integrity can choose not to pay out a claim even if the claim is coverd by the warranty. If this is the case, what is your policy on the level of protection and assurance that a claim will be honored? As I said, I am very interested, but worried about this 'absolute discretion'. Many thanks.

I was about to take out a cover with you on my AMG63.
It has just finished its new car warranty with no issues, but for peace of mind.
However this sounds like a AWN or National style policy with a different name.
Why so many disgruntled clients ?
