We originally received an incorrect item in our delivery but when I contacted Interior Secrets they listened, took responsibility and remedied the situation as soon as possible. The incorrect item was picked up and the correct item delivered promptly. Thanks to all in the team at Interior Secrets!

The Edwin was exactly what we were looking for & so much cheaper than the other online stores. Service over the phone was excellent & nothing was a problem!! Delivery was super fast & also no trouble at all!!

I waited a while for my Roma Entertainment Units but they were worth the wait. Melissa kept me updated and informed every step of the way. She answered all my questions promptly and provided me with the information I needed. Once I received the units I was not disappointed. They were exactly as I'd seen in the showroom. All I needed to do was screw on the legs and handles and they were done.

Great customer care after purchase. Arrived quickly and was a breeze to assemble. Looks great in my reading room. When the time comes, I will absolutely repurchase from this store. Thank you.

Satisfied with product, but it initially didnt come with instructions. I had to call up to get these emailed to me. Once I had the instructions it was easy to follow through and get it all setup.

The chairs look fantastic and arrived well packed and protected. No assembly was required. The quality of the build and assembly of the chair appears to be excellent although the comfort level from the wooden back is a little less than we expected and we will look to having some upholstered padding fitted. Seat wise the chair is comfortable enough.

As soon as I saw the Amanda sofa bed in the S Melbourne store I knew it was the one for us. The fabric colour and design were unique and make a statement. Kimberley made my day when I was quoted a better price than on the ticket. She was easy to work with, too.

The store was great to visit after viewing furniture online. The staff member who helped us was extremely helpful and efficient. And our furniture was delivered 2 days quicker than expected.

The Interior Secrets website is easy to use and includes a wide range of modern furniture. The Penley Bed frame is a great product and exactly as described on the web page.

The bed was easy to assemble using the instructions included and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from IS again.

I just strolled into the store located in Southbank and was lucky to find Kimberley. She was a great assistance in helping me to finally select the piece of furniture that I'd been looking for for months. Once selected the process was seamless. Kimberley organised the shipping and was in regular contact regarding delivery dates. Very simple and hassle free, just how I like it. I will definitely be a return customer!
