Ironfish Property Investment

Terrible propery management, tenants allowed to do whatever they like. Drugs used and grown on the property however tenants just left there even after the Police raided. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Highly doubt that property inspections are being carried out.
Just look at how many negative reviews are on here, and they are most likely the only honest ones.

Christina, Justin and the whole Ironfish Real Estate team have been amazing to deal with. From the moment i spoke with the Ironfish team i could immediately see their level of integrity and professionalism that is second to none. If you are looking for an agency to manage your investment property then this is the agency that you definitely want to be calling.

Although I am Chinese, I am ashamed of this agency. They trained a bunch of clowns and monkeys. They don’t understand the law here. Then they cheat your bond money and go directly to sacat or rbo. You don’t need to talk to them when you check out. There is too much negotiation.

Terrible experience. Ironfishe sold aprtments before they are built $100,000 more than its value. Rediculous. I wouldnt recommend anybody to go with this company or even renting with this company.

This company is Chinese owned and managed. They dont care and take way too long to process anything. never rent off them! NOT legit! Scam! Be careful and dont use them.

Another friend of mine who used them waited 4 months for their bond back in a property she asked for help as it had with mould and she was pregnant. She had to move out and thats when she had to wait 4 months for her bond.

We just filed a complaint to VCAT because of the nasty management, ignorant and irresponsible acts from this company and Alvin Chen. They took money from your bank account without explaining and mixed you car park spot from another tenants, since Nov to now our problems still unsolved! None of the thing go right! If you want to have a taste of regret and keep calling, emailing and texting a company or a person who won’t reply you or give u any help. Try this agent.

Every time they do an inspection they are rude and nitpick every little thing. The house is always spotless, perfectly clean, no damage, rent always paid, yet it always seems like they are just trying hard to find something wrong and then bully me about it. They are very judgemental, one of them told me that my child was a slob because she left her teddy on the floor, she then told me that my perfectly clean bathroom was 'a disgusting and horrible mess' because my 3 year old forgot to flush the toilet. We had an inspection on Monday 5th of October at 4.30 for a property on Dockland drive. Zac or Jack (couldn't catch his name over the phone) called up to say he was running late and pushed the time for 4.45pm. We agreed and waited in front of the apartment block until 5.05pm and nobody turned up. Neither did we receive a call to say that he was running late or any apologies for failing to turn up. I looked at 5 apartments in February 2020. I applied for 3 of them, noting that as with the coronavirus situation I’d offer them less than the advertised price. Waited one week without reply, so went to their office but of course the staff I needed to talk with “was busy”, so I emailed and called him MANY times. No reply. Unprofessional staff, cowardly hide behind their phone or office counter instead of doing their job. I will be ensuring that the public is aware of the worst real estate agency I've ever encountered. LANDLORDS if you want your property maintained DO NOT use this agency, they only care for profit and don't mind the landlords property to be damaged. Smug and cowardly, the typical wealthy snobs, so if you want a useless, unhelpful agency pick IRONFISH !
