IUM is my Strata service provider. Considering I deal with two other Strata providers with my investment properties, and have dealt with many in the past this is by far the absolute best Strata Management company I have ever come across. Aleksija Petrovic is Strata manager for the complex. She takes her time to listen to any concerns and advise on best possible outcome whilst considering how it will affect the complex as a whole. She is professional readily available. What I like most about the service is that they have an ability to think outside of the box and tailor the service to the individual needs of the clientele.
