We've been managed by the same company for the last 12 years and we've finally managed to get out of the contract with them. Appointing IUM has been the best thing that's happened to us, not only did they assist in a smooth transition and assist us with legal requirements with respect to moving, but they actually do a damn good job at Strata Management. We've met with the directors and senior management and they were all welcoming, the Strata Manager is doing a great job 3 months into managing our scheme. Highly recommended.

Takes their time in returning call, abusive emails to owners. 4 Strata managers in 6 months. Landed up in deficit in our account. Would not trust them ever. Thank goodness we changed agents.

In my many years of Strata Living, I have not experienced a management service equalling IUM's quality and range of services. Their offices are located only 20 minutes away and they have often come out in person to provide advice and services in responding to our management needs and issues. And they have even done so outside of office hours and on weekends/public holidays in matters of urgency. Their services are professional and their staff always pleasant and graciously available. With their outstanding service to our strata plan over the past 20 years, I highly recommend IUM as a Strata Plan Managing Service.

Ium have taken over the management of our scheme recently and have been extremely helpful and promt in arranging remedies for the building defects we had. Very happy with the service.

We have been with IUM for seven years and our experience in all that time is very poor management - we have been asking them to repair the crack on our back wall and we still haven't had it fixed. Seven years - and the defect is now huge. Everyone in our complex agree that we have to resort to hounding before we get anything done. Very poor indeed.

Well done IUM Strata for your continual assistance and work on our complex. We have made some significant improvement to the premises and this process has been effortless, thanks to your management.

Ium is very good at what they do, they are professional and they do what they promise. Highly recommend them, you call and can get things sorted on the phone straight away. Love the fact that they know their compliance!

Strata company comes very highly recommended, we went to ium and all we have had is a great pleasure in dealing with the team there at liverpool. They helped us move and setup everything, within the first 4 weeks they had done more than what the previous agents did all year!

After a few terrible strata management company's the owners and myself are relieved to have found a company that cares about our welfare and the welfare of our property which we have invested our hard earned money into. We have been with Independent Unit Management for just over a year now and are very pleased with service we have received. I personally have found the tradesman that Independent Unit Management employ work to a very high standard and have given me the time of day to explain things over with me.

IUM Management give customer satisfaction very high importance. I just came back to update my review because I found management keen to listen, respond and rectify any issues customers are facing. If you have any bad experience, please do get in touch with management and be confident that you will always be looked after. I want to put explicit praise here for the General Manager Carl Willits. Thank you for looking after the customers and going out of the way to facilitate them. Please keep up the good work.

I have dealt with Jeff and his team now for a number of years. Always a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Easy going, common sense approach to business and always professional. Highly recommended.

Managing agent Mary Gahdmar has had a long association with our company title building. She is professional, efficient and cheerful. She has a thorough knowledge of both strata and company title requirements and has many years of experience. Refreshingly, Mary is quick to action and readily available for contact.

I have had such an amazing experience with IUM. They are so professional and make you feel so comfortable. I have used different agencies before and no one compares to their level of customer service and pricing. The best!
