Just take to Jayco dealer and its up to them to contact Jayco for Warranty.
Some people have had up to third Front Window shields replaced under Warranty.

Not sure how long it will take to repair, I would probably take it back to the dealer you purchased it from.

The sink in ours stopped draining further investigation found the hose that went through the floor and bent at 90 degrees to go to drain pipes at the other side were twisted and kinked it’s not kink free hose it’s need a plastic elbow pretty slack seeing there one under the sink

we were told with our pop top to lift the front first then the back and when putting it down do the back first then the front

in the 12 volt converter,under the lounge, a little door to open

under the TV

the solar panel is covered, hook it up to the 240 volt to charge the batterys

Yes ours was like that on the poptop. We found the Jayco poorly made. Upgraded to a full Newmans van. Best move ever.

Any trailer over 750kg in total including load has to have brakes and generally up to 2 tonnes before you need breakaway braking as well, the most common braking is electric drum brakes. You could have cable operated override drums or discs for say 1000-1300kg but over that electric drums are almost universally fitted which means the tow vehicle needs an electric brake controller like Tekonsha or Redarc as the most popular. Remember brake sensitivity needs to be adjustable for dry and wet bitumen as well as gravel, etc. With modern car electronics at risk it pays to have them professionally installed as the good old days of tapping into rear light wiring with Scotchloks is long gone.

I tow one with a 2015 4x4 extra cab and have no worries without stabelisers but are always conscious how I load, more in the Ute and under the bed.

Has always towed well without bars and has a reasonable ball load would advise anyone to get the alko stabiliser package though
We were towing with our Jackaroo and now dmax Most of our friends with bigger heavier vans now look at ours with envy I mention this because most of theirs need wdh.

If it’s anything like the journey just lift the handle up and they Should separate.

I have a jayco freedom 2004 with double bed single front window. Driving through heavy rain we found water on thw carpets and floor of the cupboards beside the bed at the front of the van. Cant see anywhere it could be coming from!! Help please!
