Bad customer service
Just called through to their sales team.
Asked the CSR if they offer home wireless broadboard
A: "Nup"
Then said on thier website shows they they have it
A: "Oh Ya, That"
After a pausing waiting for her to actually give me any more than grunts and one work replies. I asked if i was to purchase a Mobile Plan and Home Broadband if there was any bundle discounts.

Great, but check your bill.
I have been with Jeenee for a few years now. The people on the phones are great. They know their products and can help with any enquiry.
At the start, when I joined and they were new to the scene, my bill was wrong a few times. For example, I was on the $50 Mammoth 30GB + talk and text plan. One bill stated, "Data 27.1 GB included", but I was on the 30GB plan and I used 29962MB and was charged approx. $120 in excess usage. all businesses are opportunistic these days and people are too busy to check the details on their bills? I was on the 3G 90GB mobile plan for a while. This was awesome because hardly anyone is on 3G anymore so it's super fast. It beats NBN speeds (in my area at least) any day. The altruistic side of me likes the fact they make a difference to the lives of people with disability. Any company who 'gives back' gets and extra star from me! You rarely see companies who give anymore. I am still with them and can happily report I have not had a bill error in over a year. Overall nice people, good phone coverage, great price and they say they give back to the community.

One of the worst company's I've ever dealt with
I can only warn you .Do not get involved with this service .Their customer service is non existent .No one ever picked up the phone in all my attempts to contact them, any messages left via the homepage went unanswered .They started to bill me even before I received the sim .When I cancelled the service they refused to refund my money .
I can only assume all these positive reviews to be fake or friends of the owner

Discraceful customer service
Having ordered a SIM and mobile broadband dongle on Wednesday last week, I received no order number, only a text the following day to say that the package had been sent express post. Having still not received the package on Monday I have called their call centre (note - not open except on Mon-Fri, pretty useless if you have an issue out of hours or at the weekend). Took not far off an hour to get through, was then given a tracking number for the parcel which they said was due for delivery on Monday (a long time considering it's supposed to be e...Read more
xpress). Checked tracking number which said the parcel had been delivered but gave a completely different suburb and no delivery. Rang Jeenee back (another hour on hold) and asked them to sort it out. I would have expected an immediate response of either a full refund, a new parcel being despatched immediately, or immediate action to recover and re-deliver the parcel - All reasonable solutions and what you'd expect from a company with good customer service. What I got was a promise to call me back by the end of the day. I asked for an alternative contact number so I would not have to wait on hold again but this could not be/was not provided. By the end of the day no phonecall - so they do not do what they say they are going to do. Integrity should be the very basic customer service you should expect. Rang again this morning to be told, it's not their fault but Australia posts as they have delivered it to the wrong address and that if I want them to "Investigate" it, it will take 24-48 hours. I made it clear that was not acceptable and that I expected either same day delivery of what I purchased or a full refund, only to be told they can put my refund request "in to management and accounts" again suggesting this would take days to process. Also told me I did not get a call back because they were BUSY. Like their customers aren't. At this point I have requested to speak to a manager as clearly the staff are not empowered to offer a decent solution, and have been told that I couldn't. After getting quite annoyed with the whole situation and asking for an acceptable solution I have been told I will get a call from a team leader within an hour - that was at 9.16 a.m. We will see ........ !!!! however will write a further review should not get a full refund TODAY ! or a new package sent out immediately with delivery tomorrow at the latest. id with a credit card so again this should be done same day - there is no justifiable reason why it cannot be, it's very simple, I do it myself all the time. However they have told me it will take up to 5 working days to process. Again this is not good customer service - it may be their "process" and it may be what a number of companies do, but it there is no good reason for it, it's no justifiable, it's not good customer service. I have 3 x 12 gig plans with Jeenee and have never been charged for extras except when the kids go over their data. I have called the support center a few times without too much of a wait and it was good to speak with someone I could understand and knew what they were talking about!! I also like that give back to the community.

I have been with Jeenee for over 3 years. Have changed phones a few times, and needed to get new SIM cards, which was a really easy process! I love listening to my friends complain about Telstra annoying them. I just tell them about Jeenee, and hope they make the change. Would have to be the lowest cost plans, without signing up to a long term contract.

I have a pre-paid plan with Jeenee; it costs me $19.90 per month, and is more than adequate for my needs. I was paying $40 per month for the same call and data allowance with another provider. Being with Optus, coverage is great.

I work in the security industry where they have a very bad habit of blaming us for everything that goes wrong on a customer's line as a way of trying to pass the buck. heir reviews about the time it took to have their call answered I rang them. Again and again. Over a period of a couple of months. And guess what? They answered within five minutes each time. Can't see what the problem is. I did have a chat to the guy who answered and he explained that (surprise, surprise) Mondays were very busy for them due to the fact that all the weekend problems get rung through on a Monday.1 comment

Guys, anyone trying to switch to jeenee, pls pls pls pls dont. They keep charging me 10 dollars more each month. I tried to call them, waited at least 40 mnts on both occasions, never got through to anyone. They dis not reply to my messages in facebook or website email. Its a total dodgy company. Save yourself and thank me later.

Challenging Customer Service
No customer service outside business hours,
lost my phone a week ago Friday, service personal only available between 9-5, expect long wait times on hold.
I have rang several times this week following up related issues put on hold for long periods every time.
Rang at 4.50 Friday afternoon they put me on hold then hung up at 5pm.
Replacement sim took a week to be delivered still unable to access my message bank.

Excellent
Signed up early this week on the BYO sim plan. 10gb internet, unlimited calls, texts for under $25 a month. Called up to a customer rep (a local, only 5 minutes wait to respond) about how soon it will take to port my service from my previous mobile carrier, the rep said it would be all done in 20 minutes. True to their word, it took under 20 minutes. Happy with my connection, cost and service so far.

Hassle free, perfect service
Absolutely comparable with any other networks in the country, porting was easy az, and so is the service so far. Have been with Jeenee for well over 6 months now, cost effective as well as reliable network service provider for both voice and data. Contact to customer service can be challenging at times, as I have tried considering other plans and wanted to discuss some Qs I had, but was on hold for so long and had to hang up in the end.

Good service
Excellent value for money. $22.50 unlimited with 6gb data. Month to month contract. Was paying $60 with Telstra for 3gb data. Number porting was easy and hassle free. Jeenee mobile are very transparent with their terms and conditions (unlike other companies) I have not called customer service so I cannot comment on that but overall I'm very happy. I have no plans to leave any time soon

Cannot recommend. Nothing but problems
Ended up costing me more overall because of additional costs. Difficult to get in contact with them as they are only open during business hours, do not reply to enquiries sent on their website and take a long time to answer phone calls.

Very happy with my plan so far!
After reading some of the reviews and problems people had experienced with Jeenee, I was a bit worried about switching, but their plans were better value and they had an overall better rating just than my previous provider Vaya.
I have been with them for 3 months so far and everything has been very good. I didn't have any problems porting my number across and have had no billing issues, even after I had to update my credit card details.
Admittedly I haven't had to contact customer service, so I can't report anything there, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
Overall very happy with Jeenee.

Honest review of Jeenee
These are the issues that occurred during my time with them. My plan was post paid and competitive compared to others but the company is dodgy. Uses Optus network.
- Gave my number away to someone else. This person requested sexually explicit photos of my partner.
- Made it difficult to change plans.
- Automatically changed data settings without any knowledge on my behalf.
- Takes over an hour to speak to anyone there. It also took half an hour to speak to someone in person in their office in parramatta.
- Their marketing states they help disabled people. But it is obviously a tax right off. They are taking advantage of these poor people and should be avoided.
I wish I saw a review like this before I signed with them.

Best value for my money prepaid
The point of differentiation for me is the $300 of free international calls a month - this is not limited to certain countries.
Strangely Optus do no offer this (Jeenee used the Optus 4G network.

If youre out of contact, like most providers, there should be no fee to move elsewhere. Once you have the new sim from the new provider I would assume the plan stays straight away.

Once your 12-month contract has expired, you can choose to stay on your existing plan, move to a newer in-market plan with us =, or to port out to another provider. As long as your contract has expired there is no cost to do any of these options.

I also did exactly as your site states on its faq (do not call you to cancel the account if you are having your number ported). My number was ported but for the past two months I keep getting charged. Ive not been able to get through to customer service. Could you please let me know what I can do.

I find the following extract from the CIS very confusing. If payment is done via Direct Debit (automatic, I presume!!), how can you be sure that payment is made prior to due date and not on due day? Hope a Jeenee representative can answer my query. Thanks.
