Ok, so was originally told that they would turn up between 5.30 and 8.30. I was so happy, Dave turned up right on 5.30, fixed the taps and replaced shower head with no issues. Very helpful and friendly. I have used them twice now and will recommend to everyone

Competent and fast. Explained the.options well. Tyson arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. Good quality installation with 12 month warranty. Tidied up all mess. Now looks better than ever.

The professional guy Mr.Tyson from Jim's plumbing changed the whole hot water package service nice and cool, however pipe levels were different with the original, he fixed it very nice and beautiful.

Our plumber came out late Saturday, around 6pm and fixed our water pipe. He was friendly, efficient and didn't charge the world. Highly recommend! Will definitely be using him again.

Shop around before engaging Jim's Plumbing to do any work. I recently had them supply and install a toilet that retails at Bunnings for $177. I highly recommend that you check out what your local plumber can do for you price wise before engaging Jim's Plumbing to carry out any work for you.

Rang to book for blocked drain -easy to arrange a time convenient for me. No fuss. Prices quoted over phone. Matty came promptly first thing. Located and fixed the problem and was professional and upfront about costs and any further issues. Would recommend him and Jim's plumbing- if a bit pricey.

Needed a Plumber to clear a blocked kitchen drain. Asked for a quote. Quoted $500 !! What a rip-off. Told to leave but he came back later and caused some property damage. Will never use Jims again. We had another plumber come in and clear the blocked drain for $140. He was great. People, never use Jim's plumbing they really are a big rip-off in Western Australia.

Was here for 55 minutes to fix a blocked underground pipe. Used the machine to try and unblock it. Managed to clear the back up but said we must have a broken pipe. Charged $488 for less than an hours work. $81 call out fee even though it was during the week during working hours. Have since seen other plumbing companies charging $250 to use the same machine. Overpriced.

I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive, friendly and efficient service! AND I get hot water back as a result.
