October 27th 2022 Update: Friendly, attentive and well priced

James E was very reasonably priced, friendly and attentive. He disconnected our gas oven, as well as disconnected our sink in our kitchen to prepare for renovations. Will definitely hire again.

Cam was amazing not only fixed but explained the toilet system repairs but also heating system with a smile and a laugh. Would highly recommend his expertise and personality z.

This was an 'emergency' on a Sunday. Responded (on the phone) immediately, plumber called to say he was going to be (half-an-hour) late and provided great service and after care.
You're never happy about the price but otherwise it was almost perfect!

My rheem gas hot water system decided to give up the ghost this morning, with water flooding out the base, pilot light unable to start etc. James reviewed the system, gave his professional opinion about the go forward including repair and/or replacement options. Cam came out at very short notice via Mr Emergency to fix a leak under a bathroom sink after the washer were replaced. Cam was professional and efficient to get the leak sorted out quickly late on a Friday afternoon. I would recommend using him again.

I called Jim's Plumbing for a leaking hot water system, Cam arrived when he said he would. He was super helpful, explained everything to me and was very quick & efficient with his time. Cam completed his work efficiently and was very friendly, he even gave me a ghecko to take back to the kids at my work. My hot water system decided to die a sudden death! Tyson came to the rescue and no more cold showers - but now I’ll have to do the dishes I left in the sink.
