I can see that you have a great warranty but when I read your terms and conditions it seems that I would be struggling to claim
You state that you won’t cover weather damage, wear and tear and on the jumping mat if the hole is more than 2cms along with all other mentions of non warranty cover.
How likely would I be able to claim anything under warranty?
Thanks, look forward to your reply, Craig

Hi Craig, thanks for your question. The Jumpflex Trampolines feature a Manufacturers Warranty alongside your usual consumer rights. The Manufacturers Warranty will cover any faults that arise from a fault in the Manufacturing Process of the Trampoline, so things like Wear and Tear or UV damages can be covered, but only if they have arisen due to a Product Fault ie. if the UV Proofing in the Plastic wasn't up to our controlled standard or if there was something like a Net Hole that slipped through our QC process.
We make sure the Warranty Coverage for each part spans the time that an issue stemming from a Manufacturing Fault would arise.
The Warranty process is quite simple (just get in touch with some photos of the problem), and we're really just keen to get the Trampolines looking nice and keep our Bouncers happy!
I hope that helps, thanks again.

I am thinking to purchase but hesitated on the size. We have two kids and sometimes we have friends over. Do you think we should buy 10 or 12 ft?

If u have enough room to get a 12ft then grab it aa the price isnt that much different. I got a 10ft cos i was limited with backyard space and its perfect for up to 4 kids
Felix J.JumpFlex
Ali is right, I'd say! The 12ft is great value if you have the extra yard space, but you'd find you'll have enough room for all the kids with either size. If you got the 12ft however, both parents could go on with the kids too!
Thanks all for your suggestion! We will go for 12!

I just downloaded and read the installation guide, and found out that the safety pole is wrapped by black PVC sleeve. And the safety net is attached to the pole by putting in Velcro tag on that PVC sleeve.
For the owners with this trampoline for a few years, will that black color PVC sleeve destroyed by exposure to UV ? Will color fade out very quick after 2-3 years ?
What happen if the safety pole PVC sleeve are broken, can it be replaced ?
Thanks!

The PVC plastic components on the Jumpflex range are all UV proofed, this UV-Proofing is covered by your Warranty to be up to our standards. This means you won't see fading for the life of the parts. Also, we do have Spare Parts available for everything, you'd just need to get in touch with the team! I hope that helps.

Are jumpflex trampolines bouncier than normal tramps? Recently i just had a friend complain about the bounce.

Hi, it is not as bouncy as our very old trampoline. The mat is much tighter than our old one which enables more weight bearing but hence less bounce. My kids still enjoy the bounce it gives. Hope this helps
Mine is 10 foot, it is quite tight as I think they want them to last into teenage years. My husband, myself, our 8 year old son and 3 year old twin sons all have fun on this tramp with no injuries in the 6 months since purchase.
Felix J.JumpFlex
Hi Davine, sorry for the delayed response! As far as bounce goes I find our trampolines to have a pretty amazing bounce. We use 180mm high tensile springs which attach to a really strong frame.
Another factor that contributes to the bounce is the jumping mat, Jumpflex jumping mats are made of a high grade polypropylene fabric. A Jumpflex jump mat is designed to give excellent rebound and provide a smooth even bounce.
I think the best way to get an Idea of bounce is to see it in action! I'll paste a link below to a video of one of our customers who uploaded this to his Instagram recently

I hope this has answered your question :)
Ps Thanks heaps Andy and Cheyenne for your feedback its really appreciated!

Does the 14ft have a zip to get in or a slide through part?
1 answer
Felix J.JumpFlex
It just has the one Zipped entrance, however the Slide and Ladder can both fit by the entrance at the same time.

It seems that lots of people have differing levels of difficulty putting up their trampolines. Does Jumpflex provide an option for one of their team to assemble a trampoline as part of the purchase? for a cost of course ;-)

To be honest, I have no idea if they offer that service. Give them a call perhaps?
Felix J.JumpFlex
We don't offer the service ourselves, but quote for around 2 hours light labor from a local Furniture installer or Backyard care company, they are normally keen to help.

will a 12ft trampoline be big enough for my 10 year old and friends? We recently had a 16ft tramp but couldn't move it to mow unless we had 4 strong adults? Would like to get a smaller one but also want something big enough for them
2 answers
We have 14 ft and need 2 but one strong person could easily drag away enough to mow.
Felix J.JumpFlex
The 12ft should be just large enough, the 14ft is rather sturdy however, so you can drag it across the yard in a pinch.

The weave of the safety net looks a lot wider than other safe trampolines on the market. What is the size of the weave? Is there any risk of little fingers, toes, buttons or jewellery getting caught?
4 answers
Yes it is a wide net. The kids holds onto it and their fingers fit easily through the holes. I guess things could get caught on it though we haven't had that issue.
The weave does catch buttons and the occasional toe. We don't let our little one wear any button t-shirts as these do catch. Mostly because the net is just an extension of the tramp. For adults, its never a problem.
Felix J.JumpFlex
Based on user feedback, the whole Jumpflex range now features a smaller netting weave than previously used, to prevent any tangling causes. Hope that helps.
