This is blatantly very arrogant customer service team member Jura ever had. First you thank Jeff but sincerity is not there by how you end it. Secondly, clearly you do not understand Linda’s question and simply have your ‘advice’. Very laughable.

Dear Cochjuk,
Thank you for your question, if you could kindly email a photo of the broken spout to [email protected] we can ascertain if the whole assembly needs to be replaced and needs to come into the workshop or just the spout which you can purchase and replace.

Dear Stewie R.
Thank you for your question, it sound like an air blockage caused by the filter please remove the water tank, remove water, remove filter and put hot water into the tank as hot as the hot tap will go. Place the tank back on with hot water and NO filter press rise button (please note it can take up to 20 goes) we are trying to pump the water through to remove the blockage.
Kind Regards

Hi Glen dennis,
You can make individual settings with your coffee machine: as follows:-for hot coffee-On top of your machine press the "P" button then press "NEXT" then press "EXPERT MODE" then select "ESPRESSO" or latte what you desire-then press "TEMPERATURE ' and depress to HIGH. your coffee and lattes etc will be hot!..Usally the second cup onward's are hot-Happy Brewing-LUFORGE.

We don't bother that much with the frothier but we do put the milk into a small jug & just microwave for about 35 seconds for 1 person. We are just lazy but it works. After traveling through Europe last year we found that the coffee is never as hot as we have it in Australia . Also I have found the first cup isn't as hot as the second or third one

Have read the reviews on this machine but unfortunately for me this is the worse machine I could have bought!! My machine either says tray missing or empty tray all the time. Had it serviced twice by Jura and they say there is nothing wrong with it. Had machine for two weeks each time. Comes back lasts for awhile then the same thing happens. Have done everything possible with cleaning, etc. with the same result. Does anyone else have this problem and if so how do you fix this problem? I would never buy a Jura machine!!! As we all know how expensive they are.

Not sure if you still have this issue. I had the same issue but found a solution. Take out the tray and there are 2 metal sensors at the end of the tray. They must always be clean and dry. After a period of time, coffee grinds get caught at the back of the metal sensors. Try to remove them with a small flat screwdriver then clean properly. Also while the tray is removed, feel right at the back in the machine where the tray goes and there is a small slot where the sensors sits. Clean this with paper towel. This should fix the problem.
