Machine is great, after sales service extremely bad.

Purchase JURA Cool Control with Z9 which lasted about 4 years, purchased another one lasted less than 12 months. JURA wanted me to prove I didn’t get 12 months use of it but showing them how often I travel and not using machine. Get real Jura!! If you can’t replace a $150 item then I won’t spend another $3500 on your Coffee Machine again.

Pretty terrible!

We have had this coffee machine in our workplace for about a year and a half. From the beginning this machine has exhibited problems. The milk canister does not stay cool enough and countless times we have to throw the milk out because it goes off. The turn dial does not register, sometimes it will even go backwards when its being turned forward. The milk does not froth unless we manipulate it manually while the milk is coming through. The biggest flaw I think is that there is no indication when the water is low. The machine just simply runs out and you are left with half a coffee.
Highly disappointed with this machine!

Very simple to use

We're not very technical minded and wanted a coffee maker that was simple to use and always ready rather than having to set it up for every use. The coffee taste very nice and is slightly hotter temprature than what we expected it to come out with. The only thing we picked on is how short the power cord was

Z9 Part of the family.

My Jura Z9 has been with us now for over one year. Helps me start my day with a Cafe Latte and in the afternoon perks me up for the school run and evening madness with an espresso. I am very fussy with my coffee and I get my beans directly from a Melbourne roaster. Very easy to use and maintain. We would make about 6 coffees a day and more on the weekend when friends come to visit. I do not hesitate recommending this machine. Money well spent.

Great Coffee

Great machine for coffee.
I did want to get a fully manual machine but my wife wanted a fully auto one so we got it second hand from Cafe Corporate.
I can't complain... it is simple and easy to make great coffee.
The Jura lets you know when it is time to clean and change the water filter, which is easy to do.

Good Coffee Every Time

I've had this machine for over a year now and the coffee tastes great every time (as long as you get good quality beans, of course). The machine is easy to use with the colour screen display and the milk frother works really well too. It can take a little while to clean but if you rinse the machine after each drink you make it makes cleaning easier later.

Jura is just the best coffee machine I have ever owned. It has all the options for a great freshly ground coffee.
It cleans itself and looks great in a minimalistic kitchen.
I have adjusted the grind and amount of water used to brew my best tasting coffee.
Lasts a lifetime

What service!

Was recently given a good 2 yr old Jura I was having trouble working it out so took it to my nearest service centre in Myree Perth. To say the service was awful would be kind. The attitude was "there simple to use" No we haven't got time to show you how it works! Ring the 1800 number! It's probably obsolete anyway!
Moral of the story... don't buy one if you want any help once they have your money.

Love this machine

Having had a Jura Ena 5, I upgraded to this fully automatic machine and I absolutely love it. It makes great tasting coffee, is super easy to use and no problem at all to clean. It's good build quality and looks good on the bench! Id highly recommend. If only servicing and repairs to these machines wasn't so expensive... that's the one downside.

Great coffee everytime

This machine replaced an older Jura replacing a machine stolen during a burglary. Again a very reliable machine that is fully automated and very easy to use and clean.
In summer I run a double espresso and put it in the fridge overnight, so then I can have the best iced-coffee in the morning by just adding full cream milk. I miss that when I travel.

After sales service disappointing

Phone Jura no one bothers to get back to you.
Phoned a week ago and still no one has phoned. Disappointing to say the least
Machine only dispensing half cup one time and then proper cup the next.
Left messages for WA state manager and HN to praise them no one bothered to reply.

Milk not hot enough

Easy to use coffee tastes great. Machine Easy to clean. Finding coffee luke warm. Have changed setting to hot and still not to temperature it should be? Have heated cups. Still need to microwave coffee. I have coffee thermometer and not reading temperature a coffee should be. This was an expensive purchase. Can the temperature be adjusted somewhere else?

Jura z9 frother shocking want froth

Hi I purchased a new Jura z9 coffee machine from HARVEY Norman on Thursday 04 August 2016 I was looking forward to my new machine as I have only purchased ever Jura coffee machine for the last 15 years and never had a proplem .this z9 machine is terrible tried making coffee won't froth and the coffee is terrible I have tried all settings but still the same proplem up to this point in time I have believed Jura had the best coffee machines on the market.and I would still like to continue using Jura coffee machines mybe I just purchased a faulty machine I just hope that for all concerned we can fix the proplem and Ali will be happy that would be the best outcome for me cheers Errol

Cold coffee poor froth.

Have used another brand of machine for years but we tasted a cup of coffee in store. We got excited waiting to move house and have this u beaut machine with pride of place on the bench. Unpacked and cleaned machine switched it on and made our lattes. How sad. Cold and little froth. Upped the coffee volume. Still no good.
Feel we have paid for a dud and can't get money back.

I brought my new coffee machine today I have had 2 delonghi over the years and loved them so today I thought I would try the Jura brand. The machine looks very nice and it makes nice coffee but they are cool and I need to put it in the microwave for 20 seconds to get it a bit hotter I'm very disappointed at $2500 I expected better. And I never paid over $1800 for my other machines ☹️

Really happy with our Z9 it's great value for money as we spend less getting coffee when we can have it at home and it's easy to use because it's full automated . This our 2nd Jura coffee machine and wouldn't get any other brand .We gave our S9 to our son and it keeps on making good coffee.

I had a lot of trouble with this coffee machine but have now had a replacement of a model up and it is absolutely fantastic. Jura coffee machines are the best. Just don't get a white elephant and if you do, thankfully Jura are great to work with and will do their best to help you.

We spent a lot of time debating a manual machine vs fully auto. We wanted convenience but without compromising taste or quality. The Z9 covers both aspects very well. Super ease to use, clean and maintain. Just about everything is customisable. We buy high quality beans for a local store, and I see very little desernable difference between what they make me in the cafe and what I make at home with my Jura. Certainly a pricey machine, but we got ours on sale at the launch which got me over the line. Having now had it for a year I can see we'll get good value from it. For those who are used to extra hot coffee be mindful it doesn't quite get there, but after adjusting a few settings it suits my liking.

After descaling and cleaning my Jura Imprezza Z9 The coffee pours a muddy colour and the coffee is terribly bitter.
i changed the grind to course but still the same. What else can I try?

Dear Rose.
Thank you for your question it sounds like you did the descale with a water filter still in the water tank, please remove the filter and dispose of it do a water descale follow the same steps but don't add the descale tablets so only water is going throw the machine to wash out all the chemicals from the filter

When you change the filter make sure you follow the procedure or the machine by-passes the filter. It sounds like that has happened to you. I would also reset the grinder back to the original position.

Impressa Z9

We have a Jura Z9. The coffee is rather bitter no matter how we change the grind or coiffed strength. The machine also occasionally leaks from the front right. We cannot discover the source, we can only see the result. Twice it has flooded the bench. Three or four times it leaves a small puddle around the foot, about the size of a cup diameter.
What options do we have to get the machine checked?

i have the z 9 when I first purchased the machine I had the same proplem with the the coffee tasting bitter and not frothing I phone Jura service and they sent out a new frother no more proplem with machine I am sure if you phone Jura and discuss your proplem you are having with your coffee machine they will ensure your machine will be fixed or replace your machine Jura customer service has been outstanding with the dealing I have had with them hope this helps cheers errol
